With 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, Black Pearl, with it's art deco décor has as much space as it does charm. In addition to being stunning, this home is comfortable and fully equipped. The gourmet kitchen, which opens into the spacious living room, is inviting and functional. There are flat screen televisions in each of the bedrooms. The pool area is large and comfortable. There are loungers and a hammock for sunbathing as well as an outdoor dining table that is shaded. The home is located just one block from the shopping and dining of Pine Avenue and is less than a ten minute walk to the Gulf of Mexico. This home offers something for everyone in your traveling group.

A Great Spot

As a frequent visitor to AMI, this home definitely hits the mark for a good location to the beach & town, quiet street & cleanliness. The updated home has a terrific layout for 8 people. I would recommend a few kitchen items that could be added for those of us who like to cook. Would like to say we'd stay again but availabilty is difficult to secure!

Loved it

Our third visit to AMI and it doesn’t disappoint. For us this location is perfect, we like be next to Pine and between the bay and the beach. The house was beautiful, very clean and modern and to our taste. Only issue was mosquitos outside in the yard were fairly aggressive, not sure if individual properties can spray for this, if they can then it would be advised. Overall though we loved it and booked for 2020 before we left.

einfach nur traumhaft

Das Haus ist in bestem Zustand, sehr schön eingerichtet. Leider sind Flecken auf den hellen Möbeln sehr schnell sichtbar. Das wichtigste, was man nicht vergessen darf, ist Mückenspray - wir bekamen leider viele Stiche ab. Dennoch würden wir immer wieder dieses Haus buchen wegen seiner tollen und vor allem hübschen Einrichtung und guten Lage an der Nordspitze der Insel. Abwicklung mit Sato Real Estate war auch sehr problemlos.
