The gorgeous open concept kitchen with stainless steel appliances, ocean blue theme and granite countertops makes the perfect space for cooking and entertaining. The elevator ensures all members of the family will be able to enjoy the property to the fullest with easy access to the 2nd floor only.

Excellent!

My family and I just spent 4 incredible days at this house and we truly enjoyed it! The house was super clean, well organized and maintained. The only thing that could be improved is the water pressure in most of the sinks (bathrooms and kitchen). Other than that everything was in perfect condition. The pool/jacuzzi area was incredible! The jacuzzi takes about 1 hour to heat up and then it works perfectly. The location of the house is amazing as well, only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Would definitely come back to this house!

Wonderful Stay!

It was great here! Close to the beach, restaurants and more. The only thing I would say is that the house needs some freshening up such as new paint as it is a bit worn and scuffed in many places and the pocket doors would not close unless locked. BUT, everything else was great! We loved how part of the pool is covered from the hot sun, the proximity to the beach, the couch was big and cozy, etc. Also, the management company Sato is SO GOOD. Very informative and commutative. We had a broken closet door handle upon arrival and they offered to come and look at it/fix it right away.

Long overdue

The property was excellent. Convenient to all amenities especially the beach. Everything in the house was in perfect condition and well maintained. It was very comfortable and made everything feel like home. The outdoor spaces were our favourite areas to relax.

Absolutely would stay again.

Great location. Great property. Great house. The house was sizable and nicely spread out so it didn’t feel crammed despite having a large family in there. Very clean as well. Close walk to everything (beach, Pine Ave, and other hot spots). Great night time pool and hot tub set up as well! Would definitely stay again.
