CabAnna Maria is a completely renovated 4 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom beach block vacation property that sleeps 8 comfortably. Three of the bedrooms have king sized beds and each has a private bath with a shower. The bunk room has custom built-in twin over full bunk beds. All bedrooms have large flat screen TVs. A common bath with a tub is next to the bunk room. Dining room with a large round table seats eight. Custom kitchen with two dishwashers, professional knives and cookware. Living room offers oversized sectional, wicker chairs and poufs for comfortable seating. Oversized coffee table invites puzzles and board games. Large 75 inch flat screen TV. Full size washer and dryer. Private heated pool and spa. Pool cabana offers a sectional sofa, kitchenette with plates, cups and utensils, bar area with blender, refrigerator and sink conveniently located by Weber barbecue for easy meal prep. Half bath with outdoor shower is easily accessible from the pool. Stand Up Paddle boards, kayaks, life vests, bicycles, helmets, beach chairs, umbrellas and fishing poles included. Completely renovated with comfort and convenience in mind. Professional linen service includes bed linens, bath and beach towels. Casual beach décor soothes and relaxes guests.
The original beach cottage still exists and has been incorporated into the whole house design during the recent exterior renovation. It is located on the ground floor at the back of the property and is separated by a breezeway. The cottage has a separate entrance and parking spot and does not have any access to pool, deck, cabana, beach toys or Willow Avenue parking. Amazing all around!

CabAnna Maria was absolutely amazing! From a fantastic location, so clean, easiest walk to the beach and having literally anything we could have needed for 7 adults and a toddler - we were so impressed and can’t wait to come back! The very few questions and minor things we needed were addressed immediately by the wonderful hosts. Could not recommend more!

Perfect Vacation Home

This house is outstanding for a family vacation. We were 4 adults and 3 children. The owners obviously know what people are looking for when sharing a home with extended family and provided everything that was needed to make it a perfect week (they even provided perfect weather). First, the location couldn’t get any better. A quick walk to the beach, a beautiful pool and hot tub, and walking distance to an amazing little town that has everything you could need for vacation, especially an evening ice cream stroll. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this house to all our friends and family!
