This home has long been a guest favorite, and for that reason we take feedback such as yours seriously as we continue working to maintain the experience our guests have come to expect. We are sorry that several concerns impacted your stay. While every home undergoes professional cleaning, inspection, and routine vendor service prior to arrival, unexpected issues can occasionally arise during occupancy. The pool is professionally serviced multiple times weekly and inspected prior to arrival. Given our tropical island setting, small amounts of natural debris can occasionally accumulate between cleanings due to wind and weather. A pool skimmer net is also provided on site for guest convenience. Nevertheless, we understood your concern and arranged for an additional pool service visit at the earliest available opportunity. As concerns regarding linens, drainage, termites, and air conditioning were brought to our attention, our team responded promptly, coordinated the appropriate services, maintained communication throughout your stay, and extended a gesture of goodwill in recognition of the inconveniences experienced. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns and thank you again for your feedback. We wish you safe travels and all the best in your future vacations.
