When you come up the stairs you are greeted by beautiful coastal decor in soft hues of light blues and corals. The open living, dining, and kitchen areas are the perfect spot to host a family meal, game night, or just relax and take a load off. The kitchen has Jenn-Air appliances that are accented by a beautiful white backsplash and white custom cabinets! The living room opens up to a spacious back porch that overlooks the spacious freeform swimming pool!

The entire home was professionally decorated with luxury and comfort in mind. The dining room seats 8 comfortably, and the kitchen island seats 4.

The home is a few blocks walking from Anna Maria's famous shopping district, Pine Ave. If you ever want to leave your private oasis, the home is a short five-minute walk to the white sandy beaches!

Loved everything about our stay at Seaside Maison. House was spotless, so comfortable, and perfect for our family of 3 adults and two kids. Kitchen was fully stocked for all of our needs. Excellent location - we loved being able to walk to so many places and hardly used our rental car. Loved the two beach wagons, beach chairs, and there were so many beach toys perfect for my kids. Highly recommend!

Wonderful home with plenty of room for the whole family. The pool and outside space was amazing! Slight issues with the internet but the manager handled promptly and it didn’t hinder our stay at all. The proximity to shops, food, and the beach was ideal.

The house was great. We enjoyed the proximity to everything (beach access and shops/cafes), the inside of the home was beautiful and perfectly furnished. We really enjoyed the pool and outdoor patio after a day of being at the beach. The only minor recommendation would be to have the pool cleaning folks come more frequently as the trees shed quite a bit onto the pool after 3-4 days. Overall, great place and great stay. We would love to stay at the same place again next year!

Fantastic property

We really enjoyed our stay at Seaside Madison. The property is close to the beach and Pine Ave shops, the house is very well kept had everything we needed to be comfortable (plenty of towels, everything we needed to cook at home, etc.), and we especially enjoyed the lovely pool/hot tub. Patrick is a great host and very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful inside and out. Perfect set up for our family or 7. Everyone enjoyed having multiple bathrooms. Stocked with chairs and toys for beach and pool. Room in garage for cars or golf carts. WOW. My family and I couldn’t have asked for a better house to stay at. We had everything we needed and the location was perfect. Having a golf cart was handy but there were 2 beach wagons in the garage and it was definitely walkable. My kids were obsessed with the pool and the adults enjoyed it as well . I can’t say enough good things about this place!

The owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Upon arrive the house was spotless! One of the cleanest VRBO's we have rented. The layout of the house was great and the ground floor pool area was perfect for our family! Definitely would recommend!

Perfect family vacation

Our recent visit was the second time this year that I’ve stayed in Patrick’s two beach houses. We hope to make this a yearly event as the house is centrally located, beautifully appointed with everything you need, including beach toys for the kiddies, a heated pool and hot tub, fully equipped kitchen and spacious comfort. We made lots of happy memories.

Perfect Spot for Our Special Occasion

This property had absolutely everything we were looking for! Really close to the beach and restaurants especially with the golf cart we rented. Loved the pool, hot-tub, grill, and outdoor pool table which made hanging out at home as much fun as hanging out at the beach! All rooms were clean and impeccably decorated... felt like a resort! We will most definitely stay here again! Also, communicating with the owner was really easy!

Everything you need

This was a beautiful home in a great location, and easily fit our large group of family and friends. We loved the pool and outdoor area! Everything you could possibly need was provided. From kitchen needs to beach gear, beach towels, two beach carts... way more than we anticipated. Would definitely rent here again.
