ARECA COVE - A bright and wonderful 4 bedroom/ 3.5 bath home just a 3-minute walk away from an astonishing white sand beach. With a heated pool in tropical and private surroundings, a covered patio by the pool area and multiple balconies this home offers a relaxing time on this beautiful island. This lovely new beach home features spacious bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, cable TV and high-speed wireless internet for your entertainment. A Trolley Stop just 1 minute away from the home lets you hop on the free Island Trolley to explore beautiful Anna Maria Island.

Our group of 8 ladies loved that this house has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms with NO BUNK BEDS. The location is such an easy walk to the beach, Publix & CVS, several restaurants and shops and even the Catholic Church! The pool was always clean and warm enough to swim in. The kitchen is equipped with quality cookware. The washer, dryer, refrigerator & dishwasher all work great! What more can we ask for!!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for a family of 8. The pool was also great for the kids and adults when not on the beach. The beach was within short walking distance. The house came with basically everything we needed. Carts to get stuff to the beach, pool toys, games, grill, etc. We would absolutely stay here again.
