About this property

AMI Oasis, Heated Pool, Spa, Putting Green, Game Rm, Sundeck, Tiki bar, Sleeps12

This fully updated spacious property has sleeping arrangements for 12 along with a Tiki Bar by the heated pool, large kitchen with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a large second floor entertainment room with foosball, and a tv setup. The entertainment room also has a queen bed and pullout couch for larger groups. For beach accessories, there is a paddle board, surfboards, life jackets, beach chairs, beach toys, and more. Pets are welcome with approval. There are 3 bedrooms with king beds in them and 1 bedroom with a queen bed and bunk bed and all bedrooms are ground level and very accessible. There is a large dining room table that seats 10. It also has an inground pool that is heated to 85 degrees year around. We provide cornhole boards and bags as well with a great throwing area behind the house if that`s something you`re into. Our normal check-in and checkout day is Saturday to Saturday. We do consider alternative check-in and checkout dates, especially during off-peak seasons. Also, we are open to extended stay rentals. This home is proudly managed by Beach Life Rentals & Sales on Anna Maria Island. **Message if you are looking for more or less than a full week**
There is a free trolley service provided by the island that is always readily available and will take you anywhere you want to go on the island at almost any time of the day.

LArge Home close to the beach. Pool was good size and a nice break from the beach. Lots of beach toys.Umbrella and beach cart need to be updated.Beds had old toppers on them that were ripped and need to be replaced. Bathrooms needed more towels. All in All a great large beach home.

Florida Family Vacation

We had a wonderful time. The house was big enough to give each family plenty of room! The pool was so refreshing and it was such a short walk to the beach. Breath taking sunrises and sunsets! We would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

We had 9 women and the house was laid out well with plenty of space, bedrooms and bathrooms. Good size kitchen and access to beach chairs and other extra's plus beach towels was nice. Location very close to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed this home and would return.

This beach house says and does it all. All amenities present for a wonderful beach vacation including a short walk to the beach. This is the second time we rented it this year. We plan on renting this same house next summer.

Perfect location, only 5 houses to the beautiful beach! Clean, comfortable house. We loved the big bright kitchen perfect for morning coffee & conversation. Large dining room table great for gathering together for meals. We really enjoyed the heated pool. Easy walking to restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

AMI home away from home

Location to beach was excellent. Nice mix of older home with newer updates. Plenty of room to spread out. Well stocked kitchen and nice amount of beach equipment including the wagon, towels, chairs, paddle board etc. Nice pool. Would absolutely rent this house again.

This house is large and close to beach access. The living room has beautiful views of the landscaping. The pool area is very nice. Kitchen could use an update but is very functional. The owner is great to communicate with. All extras included were great!

Perfect vacation!

We were close to everything! The layout of the house was perfect since we had two infants with us. So close to the beach. They had a cart in the beach to bring our stuff to the beach. Full kitchen! Wonderful!

Beautiful and Relaxing

We loved out stay at the home! It was beautiful, clean, and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked, as well as the linens. There were plenty of spaces for everyone to spread out and the pool was great for my daughter. If you are looking for a quiet getaway to relax, this is for you. The only considerations we had were that the mattresses could be better on the big beds.
