The house was wonderful! We were there for 3 weeks and enjoyed every minute. We had family and friends stay with us at various times and there was plenty of room for everyone. The pool was great and we loved the shade. The beach was only 2 short blocks away and an easy walk. We already booked this house for next year.

Amazing house and perfect location

House was amazing, pool and tiki bar were just absolutely gorgeous, very quick walk to beach! We had an amazing time!

Beautiful home! Perfect for our family & great location

Enjoyed our stay here. It was a beautiful clean home that was just the right size for our group. Quick walk to the beach that was never super crowded like other parts of the beach. and the pool was wonderful!

Island retreat

Excellent property, beautiful location, slow golf cart.

Paradise

Beautiful house with great amenities. Short walk to beach and free trolley to get around the island if you don’t like driving. Nice pool to lounge in after a hot day at the beach.

Perfect beach house!

We couldn’t have enjoyed our stay more at this beautiful home in Holmes Beach! We had a total of 6 people with small children and it was perfect! The location was PERFECT as well. The beach and the best coffee shops are within walking distance. We will be back in a heart beat! We had the best time exploring Anna Maria Island!

Vacation stay

Access to beach was great. Had cart and umbrellas there. Somethings needed cleaned better and updated. Some small repairs. Upstairs railing wasn’t connected. Toilet seats were very old and chipping. Some beach chairs in back were broken and rusting away.

House is nice but appliances very dated and nonfunctional.

The house itself was clean and just as advertised. The appliances however, were dated. The washing machine wasn’t functioning properly and did not clean our clothes. The property manager was quick to offer free same day laundry service which was very much appreciated. When we arrived, we found the door handle to the kitchen door leading to balcony was not secure and almost falling off which again was fixed quickly when we called the property manager. Lastly the kitchen appliances and tools were dated and need to be replaced. Overall we had a great time. We just felt some upgrades should be done for the amount of money we spent to rent for the week.
