This vacation home offers a huge heated pool with spa, rock water slide and grotto waterfall. Covered outdoor entertaining area with outdoor TV and lounges next to the mini putt-putt and propane grill all surrounded by lush tropical landscaping for your privacy.

Well decorated and updated, this home has an open main level and a rooftop deck boasting breathtaking views of the tropical pool area and beautiful Anna Maria Island! You'll find the garage well stocked with a second refrigerator, beach chairs, umbrellas & pool toys for your use, as well as, bicycles to tour the island!

This home can comfortably accommodate a group of 14 with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their privacy while spending quality time together under one roof. Ideal for multiple families to share. Three bedrooms on the main floor all with en suite bathrooms; three bedrooms on the second floor with one featuring en suite bathroom, the other two bedrooms have access to the full hall bathroom across from the laundry room with full sized washer & dryer. Travelling with little ones? We know you'll be back and forth to and from the beach a LOT! Which is great news because you'll only have about a minute walk each way. Too many luxury amenities to list them all. High speed WiFi, cable, and streaming TV’s. Take the worry out of packing your own sheets and beach towels knowing that when you arrive to your dream vacation rental, high quality bedding, bath towels, wash clothes and beach towels await for your stay. House was beautiful and well outfitted with everything we needed. This was important as we drove a long way and didn’t want to haul a bunch of beach stuff. Short walk to beach and the list of restaurants, etc. left by the owner was a huge help. Wonderful stay!

2025 Family Vacation

This house was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! Beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. The pool was incredible — the large rock slide was a huge hit with the kids, and the Jacuzzi was the perfect spot to relax in the evenings after they went to bed. The beach was less than a two-minute walk away, which made it so easy to go back and forth, and the view from the top of the house was breathtaking.The owner/manager was super kind and even checked in on us during a bad storm to make sure we were okay — great hospitality! Plus, the garage was stocked with everything we needed for the beach, which made packing so much easier.We would absolutely rent this house again. Highly recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing, fun, and family-friendly getaway!

Lovely trip to the island!

This home was perfect for our large group! Pool area was lovely and so close to the beach. Home is very quiet with lots of space to spread out sleeping children. Will definitely be back :)

Perfect getaway

This house is located in a great area, very close to the beach and walkable to lots of shops and restaurants. The house itself was perfect for our family of 12. The pool, hot tub and water slide were a big hit, as well as the outdoor lanai. We will definitely be going back!

Multi family vacation

Booked our annual family vacation with 2 families with kids from a variety of age ranges. Oceanview was absolutely perfect for us. Everyone has their own space to spread out and the pool was a game changer. Perfectly located close to the beach and well maintained. Owners are extremely nice and responsive. Already looking to re book for next year.

Great home for our large family

We enjoyed our 9 nights. We ate at the great poolside eating every night and then a very short walk to the beach to watch the sunset most evenings. We all enjoyed the poo! And the slide! Kitchen had everything we needed and more. House well equipped for a large party. High quality utensils etc, grill.

Friends in paradise

We had a group of 5 couples ( great friends) staying at the house. The house and outdoor space were absolutely gorgeous! Each couple had a King bed and a private bathroom. The living areas is spacious with plenty of room for everyone to relax. The house is close to the beach - just a short walk. The house had beach chairs, a wagon, and all kinds of beach stuff.

Great Family Memories

Our extended family stayed at Ocean View and had a wonderful time together. The heated pool and spa got a lot of use during a fairly cool week. The house is great for a large family, with plenty of space to spread out. The games and puzzles were much appreciated, as well as the bikes, pool toys, beach toys/chairs/wagons. The house is just a few steps from a beach access, in a fairly quiet section of Holmes Beach. We loved our stay here.

Amazing Family Fun

The owner Weldon, could not have been more accommodating. The home was in an amazing location, easy walk to the beach. Great sunsets from the balcony and the beach. The beds were super comfortable. The kitchen well appointed. The bikes were super fun. Plenty of chairs and toys to take to the beach and use in the pool. The home and location exceeded our expectations.

Excellent stay!

The location and pool are enough for me to rate this 10/10! Absolutely perfect for families with little kids who need to go back and forth from the beach. The house has everything you could need for having a baby. Only thing is the some of the beds have plastic on the mattress making them very “crunchy” sounding when you get up and down. The bedding/bed skirts needs upgrading too. But wouldn’t deter me from coming back or recommending to friends and family!

Great location on Anna Maria Island

Weather was cold and rainy so spent a lot of time indoors, so thank goodness the home was so lovely. We enjoyed the amazing pool area especially the hot tub with the chilly weather. Everything you could imagine to want is provided-pool toys, corn hole, bikes, beach chairs, towels and much more! The home is located just a block and a half from the gulf and also there is a trolly pick up right at the end of the street. Owner was very responsive with any questions. PS The Monkey Bus was a blast to take to restaurants and night life. $5 per person-they play music and have a disco ball! Highly recommend

Amazing

We cannot say enough good things about this property. We came as a group of 13 (8 adults and 5 kids under the age of 3). Weldon’s place is just as pictured, the main living area is even bigger in person. The location to the beach is less than a one minute walk and the pool / spa / water slide was perfect. The best part about this house was the amenities, especially traveling as a family- baby gates, height chair, mini crib and all the beach gear. There was a huge beach tent, umbrellas, wagon, toys and so many beach towels. We cannot wait to return and can’t thank you enough for allowing us to stay!!

AMI Getaway

The property was very nice and had everything we needed. The house is in a great location with quick access to the beach. The arrangement of the rooms and king size beds/bathrooms were perfect for our two families with kids ranging in age from 10-23. The pool was great but was difficult to enjoy due to the mosquitoes. The landscaping on the sides of house seem to be a breeding ground for them. We spent quite a bit of time fogging the area and burning candles but couldn’t deter them. The final night of our stay the air broke and it was miserable. We’d hope the owner would make it right but never followed through. Overall, we had a great trip and would recommend this location to others.

Awesome Place for a Large Family or Party

We had the best week in AMI staying at Coastal Vibes. They allowed us to host our wedding party and the house was perfect. The ground level patio and pool had large amounts of covered tables and seating, which was great for the possible afternoon thunderstorm (which did occur). There was ample space for everyone to sit, talk, walk, and spread out. Everyone who attended loved the house. The house is a few steps from a great beach access, a very short walk from the front door to the ocean. The pool and spa were wonderful (slide is fun). Spa worked great and got nice and hot. If you are looking for a place to host an event, this is a great choice. Just FYI, parking needs to be considered; we rented an 8-seat golf cart to shuttle guests from their parking spot around the island. There is even some public street parking available near the beach access. We parked our own cars in the public spots to allow for some guests to park at the house. Would definitely consider staying again if we have another large family trip. Thank you for allowing us to make lasting memories for our family.

Beautiful and large home!

We were two families (4 adults and 4 small kids ages 1-6). Arrival was seamless, as was checkout. The house was clean and well equipped with baby items (high chair, stroller, crib, step stool), plenty of board games, and also a TON of beach toys, wagons, umbrellas, etc. Unfortunately Hurricane Debby arrived on the first few days of our stay so we couldn’t enjoy the pool and there was a ton of debris. Weldon was excellent at communication and he made sure the pool service came out to clean everything up for us sooner than scheduled. He also brought a new propane tank for the grill. We highly recommend this house to anyone with a group or large family - especially with little ones. My only gripe, which is at no fault to anyone, is that the house next to us was having a large and loud party and was constantly playing VERY loud music. They stopped around 10pm, but from the morning up until 10pm, we constantly heard them partying. It was loud enough where our kids could not fall asleep. We also found beer cans near our driveway from them. Again- no fault to the owner of our property whatsoever. Just something we noted.
