Luxurious ground-level home located at 124 50th Street, Holmes Beach, in the “Golden Triangle” of Anna Maria Island, Florida. Just a few steps and without crossing a street, you’ll find yourself on some of the best white sandy beaches in the Gulf of Mexico.

6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms. Accommodates up to 12 guests. Beds: 2 Kings, 2 Queens, 4 Twins, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa in the living room. Every bedroom is equipped with a WiFi-enabled flat screen and a radio alarm clock. The east wing features 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, while the west wing includes the master suite with private bathroom and a guest room with another main bathroom. An additional bathroom is located by the pool entrance.
Connectivity & Comfort
High-speed WiFi is available throughout the house and pool deck. A full-sized washer, dryer, and central vacuum system are provided. The fully insulated home meets ecological standards and ensures a quiet atmosphere indoors.
Living & Dining
The open floor plan connects the spacious kitchen, dining, and living areas. The kitchen features modern appliances, high-quality WMF cookware, and a large cooking island with ceramic glass cooktop. The living area offers enormous seating space, an 80" full HD TV with Dolby Surround. Kids can enjoy PlayStation, CDs, DVDs, or streaming.
Outdoor Paradise
Relax in the heated saltwater pool (approx. 80°F, weather dependent) with cascading waterfall, sun ledge, and attached spa (approx. 100°F, available 1 PM – 10 PM). The pool stretches 34 feet, perfect for swimming. Please note: pool and spa share one heating and filtration system; both cannot be heated simultaneously, and performance depends on air temperature.
The tropical outdoor area includes ample seating, a fully equipped BBQ kitchen with grill, a covered dining space, and an outdoor TV. Family activities feature a giant life-size chess set, a private putting green, and a cornhole game. An outdoor shower is provided for rinsing off after the beach.
Accessibility & Parking
Ground-level design with wide doors and barrier-free showers makes the home accessible. The large circular driveway accommodates at least six cars plus trailers, boats, or jet skis. Public boat ramps are nearby.
Neighborhood & Local Highlights
Located in a peaceful residential area. Quiet hours must be respected, especially around the pool. Sunsets over the Gulf, long walks along 8 miles of pristine shoreline, and public beach volleyball courts just steps away make for unforgettable days. Shops and restaurants are within easy reach.
Policies
No smoking. No pets. Due to family health concerns, pets, service animals, and emotional support animals are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate eviction, loss of rental payments, and liability for cleaning and damages.
Guests are vacationing in a residential area. Please respect neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly after 10 PM.
Additional Notes
The property is under regular preventive pest control, but Florida’s subtropical climate means occasional insects may appear. This is not a sign of infestation and not grounds for refund.
The home uses smart thermostats (72–78°F operating range) to ensure safe and reliable A/C performance. Pool equipment and driveway are under exterior video surveillance with motion-activated recording; no cameras are inside the house or pool/spa areas.
