This boutique property is not your average rental. We are blessed to have multiple repeat visitors year after year. Come see why!

THE HOME - Pristine 4 bedroom, 3 bath charmer sleeps 8 guests. Dual King Ensuite bedrooms. Luxury mattresses and black out shades for a good night sleep. Automated home with electronic locks, 4 smart TV's, WIFI, a nest system, and bluetooth stereo, so you can enjoy tropical tunes poolside. The ranch style floor plan with open concept kitchen and living room is a perfect layout for family fun.

THE BEACH - Our beach access is known by the locals as one of the BEST beaches on the island due to the gentle sloping ocean floor, no high rise condos, and a wide sand bar to look for sand dollars.

THE POOL - The large heated pool stays programmed to 85 degrees during winter months. Enjoy reading poolside next to the babbling rock water feature. Lush tropical landscaping provides privacy and an afternoon break from the summer sun. It's truly a private oasis.

THE EXTRAS - Under counter ice maker, two full size refrigerators, fully stocked chef kitchen, poolside grill, beach cruiser bikes, soft sided coolers, 8 Tommy Bahama beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys, frisbee, beach towels, toddler swim floaties, and beach umbrella. Load your deluxe beach cart and head to the beach. High chair and Pack-N-Play can be found in the bunk room closet. Fully stocked game closet for family fun (Scattegories, Pictionary, Clue, Boogle, Trivial Pursuit, Candy Land, Connect Four, Blank Slate, Bop It, etc). Forgot your book? No problem, we have a small book share shelf.

Exactly as described - charming

Our group of five ladies loved our stay and rarely left the house except to walk to the beach. The house is beautifully appointed with great attention to details. We did a lot of cooking and appreciated all the available kitchen amenities. Stephanie was very available to us if we had questions; she is an attentive host. We will be returning!

This is the perfect house for a family. This house is so gorgeous on the inside and has a heated pool! The beds were comfy too!! The location was awesome and you couldn’t ask for better house amenities. It was fully stocked with everything you would need for a long weekend at an island.

Anna Maria getaway paradise

The house was set up amazing for our stay with 7 people. Pool was unbelievable and felt like you were in a tropical jungle. House was clean and perfect! Amazing location. We will definitely be back and will stay at the same house as again. Best beach cart I have ever seen!!!

Vacation time is often limited, so we are deeply honored you are considering our beach cottage as your personal oasis.

After 20+ years in corporate healthcare, I retired early to spend more time with family and serve local charities. During my career, I was blessed to experience some of the finest accommodations in the U.S, so I hold high standards for our beach vacation rental. My husband is a custom home builder in the Tampa Bay area.

We merged our "life experiences" to create a happy place for our family. Our home was custom designed to create a beautiful, relaxing environment that plays to your senses. You can hear the waterfall while napping. The color palette is beachy, yet easy on the eyes. The crisp, airy interior allows you to breathe deep the moment you arrive. This has been our labor of love, and we are thrilled to share it with you. We hope it becomes your happy place too.

Why they chose this property

We love the northern point of AMI; however, the beaches are better for families near our home. The gentle ocean floor, lack of high rise condos, and quiet neighborhood was perfect for our family.

What makes this property unique

Our home is perfect for two small families. We also keep our pool heater on MAXIMUM heat throughout the winter months, despite the cost. Most homes on the island do not do this.

Location is AWESOME!

Safety is our primary concern. All guests are given a UNIQUE door code for each check-in. You never have to worry about lost keys or others having access to the house during your stay.

We are blessed with many amazing families who visit year after year. We love our repeat guests...many who have become friends!
