This place is the perfect setup. Close to the beach, restaurants, shops and the host has everything that you need. We have rented many places on the island over the past 10 years and loved this place the most.

Fantastic Stay and Memories Made!

Fantastic experience for our family vacation. The property was immaculate and everything that we could have needed was available for our use. Rebecca was attentive and helpful. Only complaint is that we wish we could stay longer.

Better than expected!

This house was CLEAN! I usually have to wear socks or slippers at a rental because the floors aren't that clean. Not here!! She also had everything you could think of. Very great host. A lot of extra hangers to hang clothes up. Cozy towels. We were pleased!

Holmes Beach holiday

My husband and I and our son, daughter-in-law and their two young children had a wonderful week in your newly renovated home close to the beach. We appreciated the layout of your home as well as all the safety features. The house was well supplied with everything we needed. We hope to visit again.

The BEST!

My husband and I with our 2 kids, ages 5 and 7 along with my parent's (for half the week) really ENJOYED this house, location, the cleanest, honestly all of the above! After i booked this property I went right away and booked a 6 passenger golf cart. We used that all the time!! This house had everything we needed. The pool was a perfect size for our 2 kids! Rebecca stayed in contact with us and made sure all of our needs were met and any time we reached out to her she responded right away! We will definitely be back to enjoy your beautiful home! Thank you again!

This house fit exactly what we needed for our week stay. The house is extremely clean, there were great touches of puzzles and games, and the perfect walking distance to the beach and other restaurants. You won’t be disappointed.

Spring Break in Anna Maria

Rebecca's rental is one of the cleanest rentals we have stayed in. The kitchen is well equipped for any cooking you may want to do, and she is very helpful with any questions you may have. We highly recommend this house if you are planning on visiting Anna Maria Island. The location is perfect!

Such a gem!! The amenities and cleanliness are just perfect! From the pool, beach chairs, wagon, beach umbrella to the few spices available to cook with…everything was so nice. Rebecca was very prompt to reply with any concern that may have occurred.

Beautifully maintained property

Sandy Palms is a pristine beach property in a quiet residential neighborhood with easy walking access to the beach, and conveniently located near many stores and restaurants. Our host was extremely friendly, helpful and accomodating.

Lovely one level home with everything you need & close to beach!! Perfectly decorated & warm pool! Very comfortable beds & plenty of towels & beach towels plus wagon & chairs! Easy to walk to restaurants & shopping!!! Love this place so much!!!

Perfect Beach Cottage

This was one of the nicest properties we’ve ever stayed in. Just as pretty as the pictures, meticulously clean, and very well stocked. Location is great - one block over from beach and close to everything. Super easy to get around if you have a golf cart. Can’t wait to return. Would love it if they offered less than one week rentals (especially in summer).

Wonderful stay

Thank you for sharing your home with us. It was everything we planned it would be. The home is beautiful, comfortable and close to beach. We used the pool everyday as well. We hope to be back soon and loom forward to renting again.

Winter Getaway

We had a wonderful vacation at Sandy Palms. The beach house was beautifully decorated, it was very comfortable and welcoming and we loved relaxing by the pool in such a relaxing setting. Rebecca was a gracious host who was kind to check in on us and who was available should we have any questions arise. We also really enjoyed having the beach be only a short walk away.

The house was extremely clean! It had everything we needed, including beach towels and plenty of beach gear. The beds were comfy (big win in my opinion)! Located about a block from the beach and walkable to some restaurants. 10/10 recommend this house for your next AMI visit. We can’t wait to come back!!

Buckeyes visit Anna Maria Island

This house was exceptional. Very clean and modern. Extremely well stocked with everything guests need. We were not able to enjoy the pool because of the cool temperatures and the fact the pool is quite shaded. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely return to this rental.

An Amazing Family Vacation

This was our seventh time coming to Anna Maria Island, but first stay at Sandy Palms and it has been the best stay yet! Rebecca was very easy to get into contact with, as well as ensured our stay was great! The home was beautiful and so clean, as well as a quick easy walk to the beach. It is even in a perfect location all together in regards to the island. A quick drive to the north end, as well as down more south of we wanted. Overall, as a family of 6, with young ones, we had an AMAZING vacation.

Home away from Home

We wanted a special vacation for our children and grandchildren, and this house definitely made it special! The house was perfect, it was decorated beautifully, had everything we possibly needed and was spotless. We felt so at home in this house, we can’t wait to come back. Beautifully decorated, modern, and great location

This house was perfect for our family. We have a very busy 5yr old and a 3m old so the open floor concept really met our needs to multitask and supervise our children. Really can’t say enough about how wonderful Rebecca was! She really went above and beyond to accommodate us. Would absolutely recommend this lovely property over and over again.
