The backyard is the heart of the home — a true tropical retreat with a private pool, bubbling hot tub, shaded lounge area, and outdoor dining made for long dinners and sunset cocktails.
Inside, the open-concept layout flows easily between a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with high-end appliances, a coastal dining room, and generous living area — with a sectional sofa that seats everyone — with oversized doors that open directly onto the outdoor deck.
Bedrooms & bathrooms: The primary suite is a genuine retreat: king bed, private balcony, and an ensuite with a shower/tub combo. The second bedroom has a queen bed, the third has two full beds, and a shared hall bathroom with a walk-in shower serves both. A washer and dryer round out the practical essentials.
The location Holmes Beach Towne Center is steps away for dining and browsing, and the island's full range of water adventures — kayak and bike rentals, fishing, paddleboarding — is easily within reach. Anna Maria Island's best beaches are a two-minute walk.
A note on linens Still Waters is enrolled in our Professional Linen Program. Hotel-quality bedding, bath towels, washcloths, and beach towels are freshly laundered and waiting for you on arrival — nothing to pack, nothing to think about.

Still Waters is located in a residential neighborhood. We ask all guests to be considerate neighbors — please keep noise at a respectful level day and night. Violation of Holmes Beach noise ordinances may result in fines or termination of the rental agreement without refund.

Extended stays & bookings $25,000+ → Full payment 90 days prior, non-refundable
You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, no questions asked. This grace period does not apply to reservations made within 60 days of arrival — these bookings are non-refundable from the time of booking.
Third party travel insurance cost is due at time of purchase
