Our host was very friendly. The house came with everything we needed and more. The beach access is a short 5 minute walk. The pool was fantastic! Several restaurants and shopping just a short walk away. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again if we stay on Anna Maria Island.

Loved the location! A short walk to town, the beach, restaurants and the dog park. The heated pool was nice and the privacy was great, being on a dead end street.The owner (Joe) was quick to respond for any questions. The house was really clean and the service (pool, maintenance, landscaping, etc.) was top notch. It was our first time on AMI and we really enjoyed the area!

This house was just right for our little family! Clean, well stocked, great location, pool was wonderful, owners had great communication. It was so nice to be able to come to the beach and everything already be here: beach chairs, kitchen items, linens. The location was wonderful just right down the street and close to restaurants/store. Definitely would like to come back!

The house was a good size for our family of four. The location was excellent, close to the beach and everything else. We loved the pool and spent many hours in it! It was great that all the beach necessities and pool stuff were already there for us to use.

The Beach Cottage

Loved the decor of the cottage. Enjoyed the pool. Quiet neighborhood. Used bike to grab a bite at the Ugly Grouper. Beach is close as well. Can't say enough good things about our stay.

We absolutely loved this charming bungalow. The house is decorated so cute and homey, and it was so well appointed, everything we needed was already there...bed linens, bath towel, beach towels, all cooking equipment and dishes, beach fun supplies, bikes...you name it! The pool area is absolutely gorgeous and so nice for the kids to be able to continue to swim when the grown-ups have had enough of the beach and sun. This is our 2nd year enjoying your lovely home and we will definitely be back!

Island time with great location!

We stayed for over a week and the home did not disappoint. There were ample sleeping accommodations for all of us and everything we needed to cook our own meals. The host provided beach essentials (wagon, chairs, beach toys, etc) which was an added bonus. The heated pool in the backyard was the icing on the cake. With the temps in the low to mid 70's we were comfortable able to use the pool anytime of day. Being only a couple blocks from beach access allowed for easy walks to the beach. Thanks for a great stay!

Fun in the sun

Location was great just a short walk to beach. House set up nicely with everything you need. Comfortable beds. Plenty of beach towels.Lots of beach chairs and toys for all ages. Saw dolphins and manatees. What a thrill. Great place to relax and enjoy the all the area had to offer. Would stay again.

Absolutely Wonderful!!

Wonderful small cottage with amazing private pool area. The pool area feels like you're in the middle of the jungle, despite being in the middle of town. Cottage is at the end of a quite cul-de-sac. Property manager/owner was very responsive and easy to contact. Quick 4-5 minute walk to a quieter part of the beach (no public beach parking in the immediate area). Will stay here again.

Perfect house for our family of 5

The house was perfect for our family. The pool was amazing. The location was perfect - a quick walk to the beach, restaurants, shops. The house is located at the end of a quiet street so there was zero traffic/noise. The owner was so easy to work with. The house has beach bikes, a beach wagon, umbrella, chairs, everything you need for the beach. The backyard/pool is completely private - surrounded by beautiful tropical trees/plants. We loved our vacation here and can’t wait to go back!
