A gorgeous gourmet kitchen with stainless-steel appliances, professional-grade double oven, and 10-burner Viking stove makes preparing meals a true culinary experience.

Cozy accommodations include 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms. One bedroom on the main level has a full-size bed and the another a queen-sized bed with en suite. Another bedroom is secluded at the back of the house that has private pool access and offers a queen-sized sleeper sofa. The king master suite, atop the original staircase built by island-dwelling shipbuilders of the day, spans the entire second level and invites guests to relax in one of two sitting areas with views of the Gulf. His and her vanities allow comfort and the separate bath and shower will please the family with smaller children.

*Parking for up to 3 Vehicles only, there is a driveway on both sides of the home and 2 cars can fit on each side, Do not park in the street or on sidewalks you will get a ticket*

*Pools are heated from approximately Thanksgiving to Easter only and are set no higher than 83 degrees. During colder weather, we cannot guarantee that the pool can be maintained to that degree. No refunds, credits or discounts will be offered if the pool/spa temperature cannot be maintained due to unusually cold weather*
