This stunning BEACHFRONT home was designed by an award winning Architect and is true paradise. The home has a private beach right in the backyard. The plan is open with the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Master Bedroom on the Waterfront adjacent to the deck which runs the entire length of the home. The elevated deck has expansive views of the bay and the skyway bridge. The Master Bedroom Suite has a walk-in closet and an opulent bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. There is a king size bed in the Master Suite and a flat screen t.v.. The Master Suite has direct access to the waterfront deck as does the great room.

The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home with flat screen t.v.'s also.

Barbecue on the waterfront deck while the sun sets. Walk to Bayfront Park within 5 min. or enjoy other nearby restaurants and shopping.

5 min. walk to free trolley . Walk to restaurants and shopping on Pine Avenue, Walk to the Sandbar Restaurant and many others.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please lock the front door and leave the key under the front doormat. Also return any beach chairs or beach toys to the location where you got them.
Please lower the AC thermostat to 78°. If it's winter time, please just turn the AC system off when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Small events are permitted on the property with the written consent of the owner, Laura Gee such as a birthday party or family gathering, Laura Gee
Turtle season is May thru October so no beach toys or chairs etc., must be left beyond the seawall, / beach, after dusk until sunrise, also no holes
Furniture is not to be relocated with the exception of moving the coffee table to allow the use of the queen size fold out couch in the living room.

Stayed 4 nights and overall it was fantastic! Roomy, a great patio area and the backyard is literally the beach. Private parking for 4 cars was a great benefit. And for us dog lovers, being able our precious pooch was a huge plus! Highly recommend for your next beach trip…you won’t be disappointed.

Perfect place on the beach

It is hard to find nice rentals that accept more than one dog. This house was wonderful! The location is fabulous and the house was fantastic. The beach was picture perfect. I highly recommend this house to anyone interested.

When we arrived the refrigerator smelled horribly of rotten fish. Whoever “cleaned”, attempted to disguise the smell with air fresheners for a vehicle. Someone was aware there was a horrible stench in there. We contacted the owner, who came over right away. She cleaned the fridge with lots of chemicals and bleach according to her. We came back later and the stench was still there. She

Very happy with property

Gotta say was worth it. My mom loved the house and the location. It was so comfy and home. And the view beautiful!!!! She had a great bday and the kids could not get enough enough of the beach.

Fantastic location

We had a great weekend. Could not ask for a better location and house had everything we needed - even a baby gate for the stairs! The shade on the beach under the deck was perfect for our kids to play safely in the Florida sun while we enjoyed the view. Lots of great restaurants really close by. Highly recommend.

Best Weekend Ever

We had such an amazing weekend at this house. The house is beautiful, well stocked with dishes and linens, and having the beach in the backyard is truly amazing. We loved watching the sunrise and sunsets from the beach. We will definitely be back

Beautiful Beachfront Property

We loved this beachfront property, it was perfect for our family. The layout was nice, we had space for privacy and togetherness. The views were spectacular from the porch we got to see the sunrise and sunsets. The house is located in an upscale neighborhood within walking distance to Motte Marina. The kitchen had everything you might need to cook, also provided were linens and towels, as well as beach chairs. We hope to return soon.

A Different Kind of Beach

This is a fun beach getaway providing something new for the kids. A smaller intimate beach front during high tide but during low tide the sand and tidal pools expands for hundreds of yards. The kids had a blast trouncing though soft sand and mere inches of waters as they discovered all kinds of starfish, horseshoe crabs and other types of marine life. Best part of the trip was waking up to giant sea turtle crawling back to sea after laying eggs right outside the doorstep. Can’t wait to go back.

Great location, perfect vacation spot

We enjoyed our time at Laura’s place. If you’re questioning the extra cost to be right on the beach, just do it. Especially if you have littles. The access to the beach was perfect, so quiet and peaceful. The place is spacious with all the things you need. I appreciated the baby gate and all the wonderful beach toys downstairs. Laura was also easy to communicate with and check in was a breeze. Also the downstairs shower was great to minimize sand in the house. My only comments would be: 1. Bring shampoo and conditioner if you’re traveling from afar. There’s only bar soap 2. House is definitely older so just Set your expectations. Regardless beds were comfortable and there were plenty blankets. 3. Bug spray would have been a nice plus, we got eaten alive in the deck after a nice Florida rain. 4. Lots of food options, just do door dash if you don’t want to leave the house. Poppos Tacos is the best! Pizza social was yummy too. 5. Bring socks unless you want to feel sand on your feet for days lol

Great time on AMI

Our family of 6 had a great time at the house and on the island. The kids loved being so close to the water as did the adults who could sit on the deck while the kids swim. The sandbar is very large and the kids could walk a long way out exploring and playing. The current on this side of island was minimal and always felt safe even for little ones. The house itself was clean and the beds were comfortable. There were plenty of towels which was nice and the onsite laundry was a big help with the kids. We loved the location where we could walk to some our favorite food spots or head up to bean point to catch sand crabs or enjoy the larger waves. We had no issues while at the house and the owner was always quick to reply with any questions. The only recommendations we provided were to add a light over the dinner table (appears a track light once was there) and to add a curtain for the window over the master bed. There appears to be one in the pictures but there wasn’t one there when we stayed so maybe this was just a temporary thing. In the end we highly recommend and will likely be back. Thanks!

I love Anna Maria, the quaint village atmosphere, the fabulous beaches, the great restaurants and shopping. It is particularly nice not to need a car.

What makes this property unique

I love being car free, utilizing the free trolley and walking on the beach or just floating in the water working on my tan. One of my favorite things to do is barbeque on the waterfront deck as the sun sets while enjoying the dolphins and birds.
