An occupant is any person staying overnight, regardless of the number of nights. Due to recent issues of overcrowding in the area, if maximum occupancy is exceeded during your stay, a $1000 (one thousand dollar) overcrowding fee will be charged to the payment method on file and your party will be immediately evicted. Property is located close to the beach, walking distance to shops and restaurants and is easy to access other parts of the island. Plenty of room to sleep 10 persons. Would definitely stay again on future trips to Anna Maria Island.

Great house and even better location! This was our first time in AMI and we were pleasantly surprised with how short the walk was to the beach and to Pine Avenue. The house met all of our needs and accurate with pictures. On the first floor there is a sunroom with a day bed, a living room and full kitchen. There was a queen room and a 2 twins room along with a full bathroom. Then upstairs is more like a kitchenette and big living room, then a queen bedroom, king bedroom and a full bath. We loved the second floor balcony! There is a spiral staircase for moving floor to floor inside so if it’s tricky you can use the exterior front stairs to go up and down easier. Overall the house had everything we needed, cool and very comfortable!!!
