This stunning BEACHFRONT home was designed by an award winning Architect and is true paradise. The home has a private beach right in the backyard. The plan is open with the Living, Dining, Kitchen and Master Bedroom on the Waterfront adjacent to the deck which runs the entire length of the home. The elevated deck has expansive views of the bay and the skyway bridge. The Master Bedroom Suite has a walk-in closet and an opulent bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. There is a king size bed in the Master Suite and a flat screen t.v.. The Master Suite has direct access to the waterfront deck as does the great room.

The other two bedrooms are on the opposite side of the home with flat screen t.v.'s also.

Barbecue on the waterfront deck while the sun sets. Walk to Bayfront Park within 5 min. or enjoy other nearby restaurants and shopping.

5 min. walk to free trolley . Walk to restaurants and shopping on Pine Avenue, Walk to the Sandbar Restaurant and many others.

Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please lock the front door and leave the key under the front doormat. Also return any beach chairs or beach toys to the location where you got them.
Please lower the AC thermostat to 78°. If it's winter time, please just turn the AC system off when you leave.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Small events are permitted on the property with the written consent of the owner, Laura Gee such as a birthday party or family gathering, Laura Gee
Turtle season is May thru October so no beach toys or chairs etc., must be left beyond the seawall, / beach, after dusk until sunrise, also no holes
Furniture is not to be relocated with the exception of moving the coffee table to allow the use of the queen size fold out couch in the living room.

The place was great and an even better location.. The only thing is there is construction going on right next door. They started at 7am every morning so sleeping in was not an option. That is not the homeowners fault at all but I had no idea and was quite surprised. Upgrading a town comes with some pitfallsOther than that place was great..

Nice neighborhood location close to Anna Maria Pier trolley pickup. (Pier is gone after the hurricane). We were able to check in an hour early which was helpful. Very spacious.

I love Anna Maria, the quaint village atmosphere, the fabulous beaches, the great restaurants and shopping. It is particularly nice not to need a car.

What makes this property unique

I love being car free, utilizing the free trolley and walking on the beach or just floating in the water working on my tan. One of my favorite things to do is barbeque on the waterfront deck as the sun sets while enjoying the dolphins and birds.
