The lazy bear cottage was in the perfect location for our stay in Estes Park. The cottage was very clean,reasonably priced, and the owner Nancy was just a quick text away. My wife and I would stay there again in a heartbeat and recommend it to all!

Great proximity to downtown and easy in and out access from property. Sweet cottage made us feel at home. There was nothing that we needed to go out and purchase our hosts thought of everything! We will definitely return!

This was our first trip to Estes Park and enjoyed our stay at this cute little cottage. It was close to town and met our needs perfectly. It was clean and well stocked with everything we could have needed or wanted. Nancy was very responsive and easy to work with. I would recommend the Lazy Bear Cottage to anyone who asks for a place to stay in Estes.

This property is in a great location. We walked downtown several times for shopping and restaurants. It was a very easy drive into Rocky Mountain National Park also. We also enjoyed sitting out on the porch and watching the hummingbirds.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was provided. The unit was very cozy and the location was perfect. We walked almost everywhere. Communication with our hosts was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone interested in exploring Estes and the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Cute cottage that is close to everything. Walk to town, short drive to RMNP. The cottage was very clean and well taken care of. There were plenty of instructions for everything, which provided for a very comfortable stay. On lazy mornings, it was a great place to relax with a coffee as you ease into your day. The kitchen is well stocked with all the basics. I would stay here again!

Fourth of July Getaway

Spectacular stay very close to the main strip. Easy to navigate in and out of and the cottage itself was amazing. Perfect for a couple getaway over a holiday weekend. Would definitely stay there again

We booked this place because of the location and cleanliness reviews. I will say, it did not disappoint!The owner of this place is what sets it apart. She was quick to respond, very helpful, and genuinely cares about her guests. If we visit again, we will surely be booking the same location.
