Fulfilled our expectations in every way. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a great view of the hills fresh air and great accommodations all the way around
Thank You!
The pictures of this home do not do it justice. The home is 3 full levels with bathrooms and laundry rooms on all levels. There are sitting areas, entertaining porches, and the house provided ease and relaxation. The following did not affect our stay, but several outdoor railings need to be checked for security and safety. The rustic rails are rotten and barely in place. One gentle push by adult or older child could be potentially serious. We stayed Sun-Sun and would book again.
Pics don’t do it justice. Way bigger and beautiful. Our grandbaby was ready to move in! We all had a great time. Beds super comfy plenty of anything you needed for cooking, bathing, etc. We were able to all be together in one place for the same price we would do spent at a hotel for all of us which was great! The views and animals we saw on the property were great. We are already wanted to come back again. I am so glad someone mentioned your son’s family having a place out here. As I know him from years ago. Thanks for sharing your place with us and allowing us to make more memories with our family
We all were impressed with this property and the fact we could put all the bikes in the garage and not have to have them sitting outside. We plan on coming back to sturgis every year just not during bike week and will be renting this place every time. The only complaint we all had was the speed bumps on the dirt road. Kind of a pain on a bike. But overall we loved our stay and would recommend this place to anybody

Fly Problem
There were flies all over the place when we arrived. The widows were filled with live flies and dead ones all over the floor and furniture. There were mice droppings in the cupboard.
The house is wonderful. It is close to all attractions that you would want to go to. There is a washer and dryer on every floor. There's a refrigerator on the main floor and in the basement this is a perfect setup for large families. The views off the deck in the morning with a cup of coffee will make you wish that you never had to leave. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Great house location and plenty of driveway for parking. View is amazing. Photos truly dont do it justice! Host was great. Could use a plumber as all the bathrooms had very slow sink and shower drainage. Also the outside chairs fabric is weather checked and tore when we sat in them. These were very minor issues. House had everything a person needed. 10 of 10 would stay again. Thanks again and maybe be back next week!

Family Vacation
Property is large and spacious. Beautiful view. Mostly meet our family's needs. Several issues include cleanliness. Swept up a full dustpan full of dirt and dust from main floor to basement steps. Killed several centipedes and spiders in the house. Wads of dust bunnies under furniture. Living area furniture leaves much to be desired. One recliner was not operational. Curved sofa cushions were separating at the seams. Deadbolt lock to garage is broken. Lower level bathroom sink drained very slow. A rather disappointing experience for what it cost. Don't believe I'll be booking with this agent again.
The property was beautiful- The pictures don’t do it justice. The host was very accommodating and we didn’t have any issues. The property was clean and well stocked and we enjoyed our family time together.
This cabin is absolutely gorgeous and worked out perfectly for us! My daughter ran in the Mickelson Trail marathon and we threw a surprise 50th birthday party for my wife. Very spacious areas for gathering with family and friends.... highly recommend!
This is an amazing place to stay. The rooms are all huge. The pictures do not do this property justice. Huge deck and a gorgeous view. We will most definitely rent this property in the future. So thankful it was pet friendly.
Stayed at the property with 4 couples. The home itself was beautiful. So much so that the pictures only tell half the story. Every room was huge, including bedrooms and baths. The views from inside looking out and from the deck to the mountains was spectacular. We needed to contact the host (Ann) for a couple questions and her response time could not have been better. Like a matter of a couple minutes! If you have family or a group of friends it's a good place to stay.
The house had more space even than it looked like in pictures and the kitchen was well stocked to suit a large group! Two coffee makers, lots of plates, cups, and glasses. Lots of pans and bowls and even two griddles for things like pancakes for a group. We had a small issue and when I contacted the owner the response was very quick! It's a but of a drive to the bigger touristy areas like Rushmore and crazy horse but a beautiful drive and total worth the quiet and beautiful view! Stairs to all bedrooms though so if you have someone with who can't do stairs they may be stuck on a couch. Added bonus for tall people...the downstairs shower head is high. My 6'6" hubby loved it. Overall a wonderful stay!
This place Is amazing to stay at if u are heading to the black hills. it's right by Terry peak and close to everything. The only thing is the cleaning could be a little better.Under couches and chairs and the wood stairs were pretty bad so we cleaned all that ourselves.
We enjoyed our stay at this lovely property in Terry Peak. Kitchen was fully stocked for cooking meals. Lots of space for everyone to spread out in the three levels. And that view was absolutely perfect! I’m sure we will be back ;)
