Easy and quick access to gondola and base lifts, ski shops, restaurants, ski school, après ski bars and live music!

There is no better place to spend your Steamboat vacation! The location is unbelievable and these newly remodeled condos are beautiful with every amenity including a private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and washer/dryer.

This is an excellent place for a multi-generational family to spend a winter vacation. The condo set-up allows for two families to easily share space and enjoy each other’s company while still having privacy and plenty of room.

The condo location is excellent for kids or non-skiers to take advantage of resort activities and also be able to watch skiers in the group. This is an excellent choice if you want to enjoy your vacation and not worry about driving and parking. You can experience the world-renowned skiing, live music, restaurants, après ski, ice skating and much more all within steps of your condo.

Easy access to town with bus service throughout the day within walking distance!

About the Condo:
This two bedroom deluxe condo is a lock off unit that includes one larger one bedroom unit with a fully stocked kitchen and one smaller studio unit with a smaller fully stocked kitchen. Two bathrooms and sleeps 8 total in 1068 sq. feet.

About the Resort:
The Sheraton Steamboat Resort has an on-property Spa, fitness room, game room and Lobby Market! The on-site restaurant features excellent after skiing meals and drinks on the deck overlooking the mountain and live music!

The airport in Hayden Colorado is only about 30 minutes away from the resort

Great location!

Great property close to lifts especially for ski school! Hot tubs and pool were amazing after a long day of skiing! Everything was wonderful and we highly recommend.

Perfect Steamboat Ski Vacation

Great location and unit which accommodated 2 families (8 in total). Closest resort to the mountain with direct gondola access and ski storage. Shuttle to town convenient and easy. Owner a pleasure to work with.

The Sheraton Steamboat Resort is the perfect location for a family ski vacation.The resort is located at the base of Steamboat's Christie Lift - no waiting for a ski-shuttle to the lifts. The resort provides many amenities, including activities for children with extra fun during Christmas-Week. The resort has an on-site restaurant & bar or guests may use the free shuttle to downtown restaurants.
