Casita Brisas is a 1 bed/1 bath casita located on the second floor. The casita is fresh and bright with a balcony overlooking the pool. The unit has air conditioning throughout, plenty of storage space, a fully equipped kitchen, washer dryer and a heated pool. The suite contains a king-sized bed, attached bathroom and oversized shower.

We are located a mere 3-minute walk from miles of beautiful, uninterrupted beach and blocks away from many fine restaurants, shops, art galleries and delicious bakeries.

Our casita is colorfully decorated with Mexican flare. Equipped with everything you need from kitchen blender to beach umbrellas. Maid service is provided 2 days a week. In addition to other free services on the property such as laundry facilities, purified drinking water, wireless internet, reading library, 40 flat screen tv with satellite, room safe, beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and Weber gas grill.

A three-block stroll away is Bucerias Centro with a lovely gazebo and church in the main plaza. But before you reach the plaza you will pass the artisans market, where you will be dazzled by the array of colorful items before you. Here you will find silver, ceramics, hand-embroidered clothing and so much more.

A pleasant stay

Nice second floor unit with ample space, decent kitchen, good shower. Beach chairs and umbrellas available. Close to beach (2 blocks) and restaurants so very well located.Lots of construction in Bucerias these days - it impacts you wherever you stay.

Lisa has an amazing little oasis. Apartment has everything you need. Fabulous location. Walking distance to many great restaurants, stores and the fabulous beach. Lisa has everything you need for the beach. Chairs, umbrellas, coolers and boogie boards! Lisa lives on property and is quick to respond. You will not be disappointed.
