Vivante is a beautiful complex. With so much to offer 2 great pools and club house with many activities to join in on. Beautiful kept grounds and many places to walk your pet. Close to downtown area and a great park for sunbathing or watching sunsets. The condos are of great size with nice size lanai. The condo we rented was in a great location, beautiful views and easy to find for when you have guest. However we where disappointed with the condo we stayed in. It had a former renter in it for many years and needed to have some TLC. It was not very clean when we arrived, however the owner did address the problems. I did have to go out and buy a few small appliances ( coffee maker, toaster) as the ones there where either broken or discussing. There was a few other problems that we did not expect with this condo, but in the end we did have a great time.

This unit is perfect with incredible furnishings, view and amenities.
Must see the amazing swimming pools, workout areas, walking paths around the lake, and beautiful surroundings

Unique location on lake with view of the gulf. Incredibly peaceful, friendly and active community. Amazing amenities. Its fun and private at the same time. Must see the amazing huge pools, sauna, workout areas and amenities. Its a resort atmosphere.
