Historic District House, Walking Distance to restaurant's, Fisherman's Village.
This is a monthly rental except during season. The months of Jan, Feb, Mar, April, and December. Then it is a minimum of three consecutive months. Three bedroom, two bathroom home. With large living and family room, kitchen, breakfast, dinning room, washer and dryer, outdoor patio with gas grill, great and safe neighborhood. Wonderful neighbors. Garage and on street parking. No campers or trailers allowed city code. Walk to everything. Two blocks from the harbor. Park with pickle ball and tennis. Downtown bars and restaurant's, Craft shows, bicycle riding trail. Wonderful city!

This property belonged to my mom and dad. They bought it in the seventy's. We purchased it from my dad in the ninety's. We own a house next door and are there during season. We do not rent this home because it is used by ourselves and our family. We are from Atlanta GA.
Why they chose this property
This property is so close to everything! We are about a 45 min drive to beaches. Close to Sanibel, Captiva and Fort Myers, and about an hour from Tampa. Close to Fort Myers Airport and Punta Gorda airport is about 20 minutes away. Nice area to do day trips. Fisherman's Village and the marina are with in walking distance. As is the down town area where there are several bars and restaurant's and shops.
What makes this property unique
Our street is a wonderful street, everyone is so nice and we all look out for our area. Great neighbors. Quite and safe neighborhood.
