A beautiful 3 bedroom Florida home with a 45 ft. dock. As you enter look through the vaulted living room and 16 feet of pocket sliders to an awesome view of the pool and salt canal.

The kitchen has been updated with Corian counters and tray ceilings. The kitchen is a butler kitchen that is very conveniently designed for people who love to cook.

Master bedroom is very spacious and closet space for all your warm weather clothes.

Guest bedrooms have walk-in closets that share a bath that also has a cultured marble counter, deco lighting, and a tray ceiling. Upgraded towels with heavy thread count linens are provided as well.

The heated pool, 14X30, and Cool Deck, has plenty of room for pool furniture, Bar-B-Q, entertaining, or just getting that Florida tan.

The 45 ft. dock can accommodate your favorite yacht and the canal has a turnaround basin close by.

The garage has built in all the storage area you will need. and has a work bench.

This home has been kept immaculate all the time and so there is nothing for you to do but move in.

Beautiful location to spend in quarantine during the virus that hit the world. Property owner was absolutely great and cooperative during our stay.

Everything we could have asked for and more.
This home is well equipped and any questions or problems that came up were handled immediately by Mr. Lewis. We liked it so much we will likely do the house again for a time next year. The community of Punta Gorda Isles is beautiful and this particular area is quiet. House is located on a quiet Court with very friendly neighbors. The town always had events going on weekly. The restaurants and wine bars were fabulous. Can't wait to return !!!
