Susan was great…..good communication but not too much. The house was well kept, clean and the neighborhood was quiet. The ONLY thing that was disappointing was the outdoor patio furniture. It was very basic and very uncomfortable. This was unfortunate because there is a pool and a nice wide canal. Oh, and a TV would be nice.

Wonderful home in a quiet neighborhood. We had a wonderful stay. Property has everything you need. Everything worked perfectly—the Wi-Fi was fast, the beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were spotless, and the living room was a great space to relax. Close to restaurants and Fisherman's Wharf. Short day trip to gulf beaches. Fantastic responsiveness from host who checked on us to make sure our needs were met. Thumbs Up!!

We absolutely loved the house. It was very clean and neat. Very spacious and friendly neighborhood. The pool was perfect as well. If we ever return to Punta Gorda this is where we will stay if available.
