We enjoyed our stay in Punta Gorda. The Villa was very nice and close to the local spots, walking paths, and other places of interest. Everything was very nice.

As advertised, everything was great. Clean rooms, comfortable bedding, kitchen stocked with everything you need. Beautiful plants provided a cozy space on the canal facing rear enclosed lanai.

We loved the place. Quiet / slept great (doesn't usually happen). This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. Impressive. We had an action packed trip and it was nice to return to a place of solace.

Great Place!

Very very nice place! Me and my wife, along with another couple, stayed at this amazing piece of property. It was very clean, well equipped, and a perfect community to stay. Anytime we had questions, we sent messages and the response time was phenomenal. Highly recommend!

Chris was extremely quick and responsive with messaging. The villa was phenomenal; clean, updated, well supplied, and right on the canal with beautiful sunsets!! Morning coffees and relaxing evenings with a couple of seafood dinners cooked in the beautiful redone kitchen! Everything worked well and the unit next door was very helpful as well - this made the trip so much easier.

Met up with two couples who were staying close (they booked in advance) on the spur of the moment. It was a great surprise to one couple and we celebrated a birthday. All just two doorway away. Good time was had. I love looking at the water and saw dolphins in the am, I only wish the furniture on the cement pier was more waterproof as cushions were always wet. But I made do and sat on the top step of the walkway for a bit two mornings. We enjoyed our stay very much and would use again if we went to Punta Gorda.
