PERFECT GETAWAY COTTAGE - 2 bedroom, 2 bath home filled with seahorse decor! Tropical getaway very close to downtown Punta Gorda venues, including restaurants and bars, Fishermen's Village, Gilchrist Park, Laishley Park, festivals, etc. Comfortable, beautifully decorated home. Safe neighborhood. SEASONAL RENTAL INFORMATION: Please note that we give priority to rentals of a month or more during season (January through March) and also offer a 25% discount off the daily rate (discount applied by this site when booking).

This home is 100% smoke free and pet free. Come and relax and feel like you are home. When you walk into this well maintained, fully furnished home, you will love all of the homey touches. With an open and split floor plan, the master bedroom is on the opposite side of the home from the second bedroom for privacy. The master bedroom features a large walk in closet, access to your master bathroom with a beautiful granite vanity. The kitchen has granite countertops and an adjacent dining area. The large great room opens up to the enclosed lanai area. This home has an inside laundry room as well as iron and full size ironing board. This house has a single car garage with garage door opener. Our host was very welcoming. The house was perfect for our vacation stay. The location was very good for driving to sights and gulf views. The screened in porch was part of my morning routine. The only distraction was the abandoned garage next door. The metal roof is coming off and is noisy when the wind blows.

Such a peaceful and comfortable stay!

This is a perfect home located close to all the highlights of Punta Gorda. Within walking distance is coffee, diners and restaurants, and an extremely short drive to all of the local Punta Gorda hot spots. The home is well appointed, meticulously clean and very comfortable.I look forward to my next stay!

Exactly as described and very clean. Extremely easy check-in/check-out process. Samuel was very quick to respond and answered all our questions. Neighborhood was very quiet and house is close to grocery and several restaurants. Definitely recommend and will stay here again if visiting the area.

We enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and spacious house. It is a good value also. The neighborhood is quiet and an easy drive to just about anywhere you want to go. It is also very bike able to downtown and waterfront bike/ walking paths.

Seahorse Cottage was wonderfully clean and stocked with everything we needed. The furniture was first class and the bed was extremely comfortable. All in all we had a very pleasant stay. We like to spend the weekend in Punta Gorda for this bike ride but always concerned about the security of our bikes overnight. We were able to use the garage here which was great. The house was just perfect for us to chill before and after the ride with all the amenities you need and some added personal touches.Lovely quiet neighborhood, close to everything.

We have an internet radio station, Songwriters Island, that only plays songs performed by the songwriter. This provides us the ability to feature artist in our back yard as well as promoting international concerts in tropical locations
