Enjoy your vacation with families, friends or couples. Outdoor grill, pool toys, games & 2 Smart flat screen TV’s. Its a short 8 min. drive to grocery stores, restaurants and local parks. 15 min. drive to Punta Gorda airport, Bay/Harbor & Fisherman’s Village for unique shopping, beverages and beautiful sunsets.

Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Remove all used sheets and pillow cases and place them near the washer. Place all used towels near the washer.
Place all household trash in trash receptacle at end of driveway. Place all recycling in recycling bin with yellow lid at end of driveway.
Turn off lights and ceiling fans Ensure that grill is turned off and the cover is on Set thermostat at 76 when leaving Press and hold # pound key down on keypad until you hear the door lock
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The 4 Grands home was a perfect place to stay! The description and photos matched the actual home. The hosts were super attentive to our needs, checking to make sure everything was perfect. They helped with suggestions to a beach in the area to hunt for shark teeth. My grandson was thrilled and we were successful. I would highly recommend this property and hope to be able to rent again in the future.

Had a great time! Everything about this home is perfect! My nephew enjoyed the pool while the rest of us had plenty of chairs to sit and watch. Kitchen had everything we needed for our Thanksgiving feast!

The home was modern, fully furnished, and very clean. Owners were accommodating with all requests. Only negative is that they were having difficulty with heating the pool while our family was there. Highly recommend.
