Host was very welcoming. The house was delightful. Kitchen amenities and appliances were great for "home" cooking. Spent a lot of time in the pool. Great outdoor lounge area. Beds were very comfortable. Perfect location to nearby businesses and restaurants. Would stay again!

House is just as listed, very clean and everything provided. Communication with Greg ( host ) was excellent.Stayed for a month and had no problems at all. Greg checked often, making sure we were having a good time.

A wonderful getaway from cold northern winter

We stayed here for an extended time. The homeowner takes pride in the property and was very responsive with any questions we had. Great location close to everything downtown. We even rode our bikes to the YMCA!

Winter get-away in Punta Gorda, Florida

Beautiful, well-maintained property. Lovely lanai and large pool right alongside a channel. Quiet neighborhood was very accessible to area restaurants, beaches, etc. Loved having the bicycles! Owner was very responsive to any questions. We're very happy with our choice and will be returning next year.

Everything we could have asked for and more.

This home is well equipped and any questions or problems that came up were handled immediately by Mr. Lewis. We liked it so much we will likely do the house again for a time next year. The community of Punta Gorda Isles is beautiful and this particular area is quiet. House is located on a quiet Court with very friendly neighbors. The town always had events going on weekly. The restaurants and wine bars were fabulous. Can't wait to return !!!
