Nice house, quiet neighborhood, great response by management to out questions, nice bikes and pool is nice. Bedrooms get hot but rest of house is cool. Had all the amenities for cooking and hanging out comfortably.

Beautiful home! Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Very clean, well maintained property that included everything we needed for our two week stay. The outside pool and lanai area with the gas fire pit was our go to place every evening. Location of the house was close to shopping and many restaurants. Highly recommend this property if you’re looking in Punta Gorda!

Loved this property!!!!! It was perfect for my family. Modern kitchen, nice clean warm pool, perfect outdoor space with television, nice view on a canal, each bedroom having its own bathroom, spacious living area, clean everything!! I will definitely stay there again when I’m back in town visiting. 5stars from me!!

Punta Gorda paradise

This was definitely a little paradise and gem of a house to rent in Punta Gorda. We spent 5 days here and loved every moment we spent in it. We will definitely be back again if time permits.

Perfect!

This house fit everything we were looking for, spacious, clean and well kept. It rained a majority of our stay but the under cover patio with TV was a fantastic place to relax. Great pool with great TV’s and new appliances. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice place

The house was very nice but the bed rooms were hot and not a lot of air in the bedrooms. We had the thermostat set at 72 but everyone complained it was too hot in all three bedrooms.

Beautiful, like new!

This property was immaculate,including the well kept tropical landscaping. Property manager very responsive.Be aware: if you have dogs with you ant traps are placed around the house, I found my dog chewing on one. Also, no condiments since house is so new. I'm used to having staples in the house like salt and pepper, spices and condiments. Small stuff considering all the pros. The game room is great and it was a blast from the past playing the old arcade games!We would definitely stay again .
