Come enjoy Paradise in this Absolutely Beautiful Private Beach Front Cottage(s). This cozy tropical getaway is great for couples and families with so much to do you never have to leave. Choose 1 cottage or rent all 4. Each cottage sleeps up to 2 people. Located on its own private beach and private deep water dock. This is the perfect central location between Miami and Orlando (about 1.5 hrs away from each). Each cottage features a full kitchen. Each Cottage is $130 per night.

My wife, daughter and I stayed at this property for about a week. The property was not clean and the floor was covered in sand when we arrived. There were also ants everywhere so we couldn’t use the kitchen. Additionally there were many burnt out/ missing light bulbs, and medication was spilt on the floor which my toddler daughter found. She thankfully didn’t eat any. The sheets and pillows were also really uncomfortable. That being said the location was great, but was really disappointed with the property.

Great week on East coast

The unit was exactly what we expected, a simple residence to base our exploration from. Clean, dry & a comfortable bed with very easy water access. Took minutes to launch paddleboard & kayak. Easy paddle across to a natural area with both a sandy bottom & plenty of mangrove overhang to fish under. Many restaurants near enough to walk to (within a mile or less). Seal museum was a great option on a chilly day. The chillier than seasonal weather was really the only down point all week. Would certainly consider it for a future trip. B&L

Great spot right on the water!

The cottage was perfect for our families- we rented all of the cottages and had our own little compound! Had the amenities needed for basic cooking and was a great spot to hang out! Thank you!

You can enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the private beach, dock or your cottage. There's amazing fishing right from the dock and lots of sea life to see. We enjoy watching the boats and sea life, fishing, kayaking, beach time, fun and relaxation.

Why they chose this property

We are located next to the historic Coast Guard House on Seaway Dr. A quaint location directly on the inlet. You are within walking distance to great dining. We truly enjoy this fishing, boating, and beach community.

What makes this property unique

This property is unique in that we have our own private beach. We are the sixth dock from the Atlantic Ocean. There's amazing fishing from the dock, beautiful sunrises and sunsets to enjoy. Relax watching the boats and sea life from the beach, dock or your cottage. Enjoy walks along the water and down the boardwalk to the Ocean. Restaurants are within walking distance and many options are close in town.
