Relax in our exquisitely furnished one bedroom apartment in beautifully landscaped grounds in a low rise building (only two floors). Enjoy the breath-taking ocean view from the patio or walk to the gazebo.
A one minute walk to our private beach with mineral spring, bar, restaurant, gift shop and superb snorkeling. Very secure location in a small gated community in the Ocho Rios resort town.
Our housekeeper will greet and advise you how best to enjoy your stay. All amenities including your private Wi-Fi throughout apartment and fully equipped kitchen. High definition TV's in living room and bedroom with Netflix and Cable TV service (100 channels). Cooking service can be arranged via our housekeeper at an additional charge. Bedroom and all living areas are air conditioned.
Easy access to nearby attractions including Dunns River Falls, Mystic Mountain, Dolphin Cove, Blue Hole, Island Village, Chukka Cove, Yaaman Park with Camel riding and many more.

Enjoy sharing with you the tremendous variety available in Jamaica from nearby mountains, rivers, beaches, caves, hiking, snorkeling, waterfalls, many man made attractions. Also a tapestry of rich culture from Maroons, Rastafarian's, and many other cultures living together on this island.
Why they chose this property
Not a high rise apartment building or hotel infrastructure. Small amount of units on two floors only in a quiet and secure setting with a magnificent ocean view and a short one minute walk to the beach. Also in a town with access to all city amenities and the town (Ocho Rios) that is closet to all the major attractions in Jamaica. Easy connection by a new major highway with the south coast and the capital city of Kingston (1 hour drive). Near to our major airport n Montego Bay (MBJ).
What makes this property unique
Privacy, quiet, a few great neighbor's most of whom are snowbirds from the US and Canada and the breath taking view of the ocean. Don't have to drive to a beach as our private beach is on property and a one minute walk from this apartment. All home comforts with full amenities and Cable TV, Wi-Fi etc.
