Watauga River views and frontage. Beautiful 5 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath home on one of the most sought-after trophy trout fishing destinations in the southeast. Beautiful hardwood floors, 4 fireplaces, covered decks and patios for entertaining, or just relaxing. Use of kitchen and private entrance. Access to fire pit, hot tub, pool table and home theater. Close to I-26 for dining and shopping. Kennels available. Private float trips available upon request for $35 per person. bird hunting trips with access to a private reserve The Tweetsie Trail (9.5 mile bike/walking trail) is less than 1/4 mile away. and a golf course 1/2 mile from the house. Beautiful home on the River

We rented the home for an 80th birthday party with family. This place is truly a venue.The river view and easy access to the river were a huge hit with everyone. The deck was well maintained with plenty of nice seating. We didn't use the hottub but Vince had it ready to use if we needed it. All the bedrooms were huge with private baths. There was enough room for everyone to spread out. The kitchen was well maintained and stocked. I was not able to get in touch with Vince through the VRBO messaging or on the phone # I was given. I had to call VRBO to have him contact me. The day before we left we still had not received check-in instructions. The communication prior to the visit was a little frustrating. However, Vince was extremely accomadating, showing us the home features and calling to ensure everything was going well. Absolutely the nicest guy.

Perfect place

ved our stay. It was the perfect place to host our family Christmas Party. Beautiful clean house with a beautiful view. And Vince was a very attentive host. I highly recommend.

Family Joy and Delight

My husband, adult children, their spouses and our three grandgirls (10, 7, and 2) had a delightful time at this spacious, will outfitted river retreat. So very nice for everyone to have their own space and great spaces indoors and out to gather, hangout, enjoy the nature right outside. Our host responded within minutes to every request.

Spectacular River View

Wataugua River was spectacular feature. We enjoyed fishing, wading in the shallows and just the view from large back porch. The house was large and accommodated our big group extremely well. Kitchen was easy to use to make meals for everyone. it was especially great that all bedrooms had an en suite bathroom. Beds were very comfortable & king-size. Location had easy access to stores or anything needed in Elizabethton. Owner & host were very friendly & accommodating.

This home sits along the river and has amazing view during all seasons very relaxing and peaceful and being able to view the river from all the outside decks and from inside the home with the large windows that wrap around the entire house.
