Gulf Shores Plantation 2222 is located in Building 2 which is located by the largest pool with the heated pool located adjacent to that during the winter. This 2 bedroom/2 bath, 2nd floor unit sleeps 6, and has a fully equipped kitchen with icemaker, new refridgerator, D/W, 2 Flatscreen TVs, DVD, and private balcony with a view of the emerald gulf water. This vacation rental is fully tiled.

Both bathrooms have been renovated.

Tacky Jacks and other restaurants located nearby in Fort Morgan as well as a restaurant in Kiva Dunes building (Kiva Dunes Grill). Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge is minutes from Plantation.

Love this location

This area is perfect for us: away from the "touristy" spots but right on the gulf, quiet, hiking nearby, indoor pool in the winter. The condo had plenty of room for the two of us plus an extra bedroom for a guest who joined us for a few days, 2 baths, and a well-equipped kitchen that let us prepare our own meals according to our dietary needs. We combined our grocery runs with hikes at the state park, and there's a Dollar General just a couple miles down the road if you need a couple of basics. A Terro bait took care of the tiny ants in the kitchen in a day or two. One drawback was the bath fan didn't work in the master bath, and neither bath nor stove fans exhaust outside--they just "filter" the air a bit. We used the small fan from the 2nd bedroom after a shower to clear out the vapor.

Amazing accommodations, close to the beach made for an awesome week!

Listing was exactly as described/depicted on site. Condo was clean, fully stocked with any and all gizmos and gadget you could ever want/need. Check-in process was seamless and on the way to the property. We loved our stay and hope to return!

Had a great time

I have stayed at the plantation once before we love the location. The condo was very nice with easy access to the beach. Only thing that disappointed us was the indoor pool was under Construction witch would have been nice to know before hand all in all we wold come a visit here again in future and have already recommended to friends

Ok stay!

Getting checked was good! When we came in unit it looked ok. Master bedding was very weird. It had a flat sheet then some itchy cover and another flat sheet and the top sheet on the bed was stained with what looked like urine. I changed bedding. Tried for 20 minutes to get couch bed out and when we did the mattress cover was disgusting. Very uncomfortable. Wore out for sure. Folded in on our daughter twice. Went to put it back before Leaving and couldn’t get it back in. We messed with it for a good hour to finally get in it. So if you need a couch bed do not book this unit. It was horrible. I will book with someone else next year for sure.
