Gulf Shores Plantation Dunes 5515 is a two-bedroom, two-bath condo with beautiful easterly views from the fifth floor. Located in the Fort Morgan area, this is a beautiful place to stay, offering a peaceful, laid-back atmosphere with uncrowded beaches, stunning sunsets, and rich history surrounded by the natural beauty of the Gulf and Mobile Bay.

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom

• The unit is tile flooring throughout

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything that you could need in your home away from home. The dining area seats four and there are two bar stools for additional seating.

• There is a coin-operated laundry on the bottom floor of the complex

• The living area has a sofa sleeper

• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• The second bedroom has two twin-size beds

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

One roll of toilet paper and one garbage bag for the entire week is what is provided — bring EVERYTHING else. “Clean” isn’t how I would describe the property or the building.The police being called to settle a domestic altercation was just an added bonus to the overall clientele.

The property and condo were clean. But it’s an older building with thin walls. You can literally hear your upstairs neighbors sneeze. The outlets are all a bit wonky. And the sink and dishwasher leaked under the kitchen tiles and made an interesting “squishy” sound. If you are just trying to get to the beach on a budget, this is your ticket. Oh, and no washer and dryer In the unit. You have to go down stairs to the coin laundry. BUT, Walmart does deliver to the building.

Very clean condo! The kitchen (and grill by the pool) had everything we needed to make meals. The view of the bay as well as the coast was great for the price (which was wonderful!). We also loved the friendly, family environment on the grounds. Thanks for a great stay!

Awesome Views!

This is our second time at this property and much better experience this time! This condo is very spacious, teenagers on one side and parents on the other. Awesome large balcony with incredible views! We used all the amenities (indoor salt water pool, outdoor pools, hot tubs, saunas, onsite restaurant). Instructions on getting parking permit could have been communicated better (i.e. text day before arrival with link to site). Water was stirred up from weather so not as pretty as our previous visit. Disappointed people were fishing for small sharks on the beach which we learned was not illegal but concerning with all the kids and families on the beach and in the water. Previous reviews warned of squeeky/noisy beds which was true but they were also very comfortable. Went sight seeing at Coastal Art Center and OWA. Both awesome time. Overall, loved the condo, property, and stay!!

Perfect Spring Break

We had a great time at this property. I loved the short walk to the beach, hot tub, views and the condo was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the area and had the BEST seafood ever and it was great that a Dollar General was close for our forgot to pack items! 10 out of 10 and I already shared with a family planning their next vacation. We will try to get back as soon as we can!

Great rental! The condo was great and the bed was comfortable! Lots of room for our family and the kids loved having their room And bathroom!! We’ll remember this condo for next time! There was construction at the building next to us so starting around 8 am every morning there was loud construction noises!

Nice place to stay

We really enjoyed the property. The views from the balcony were great. Condo was clean and nice. Beds were comfortable but one of the twin beds was very noisy when you moved while sleeping. The condo could use a fresh paint job. Didn’t like the fact that we only had one roll of toilet paper for each bathroom and only one trash bag for the entire week.

The condo was very clean and we had no problems with communication or anything like that. When we left I could not get the thermostat to change back to cool, so I left the setting at 75 on HEAT. The garbage disposal had to be reset after each use with the button on the bottom or side. Towel racks in the bathrooms would really be nice instead of hanging towels over the shower rod. The master bath sink and bathtub drain very slowly. In the kitchen, a dish cloth would have been nicer than a sponge.

Simple and clean

The condo was very clean. It has just enough simple supplies for cooking, but no extras like coffee filters or Tupperware. There are no beach towels so bring your own (we couldn’t pack ours for our trip so we had to buy some). The bathrooms are clean but pretty dated. Functional. The beach at this property is beautiful and we didn’t spend much time inside. The fire alarms went off three times in one night, requiring evacuation each time. This is not common but it

Problems

The bed frames were horrible and made a loud noise ever time you got on the bed. The $400 dollars in daily activity were not in the room. The bathroom sinks would clog up while in use. The beds were the worse because they affected our sleep

Cozy condo

This cozy condo was suitable for our little family. We enjoyed our beach time immensely! Management was attentive to two of the three maintenance issues. They had to put in a work order for the sliding glass door repair and couldn’t get to it during our stay. In the meantime we figured out a method to get it open. A bit inconvenient but we managed. The beds were comfortable and clean. Some of the check out instructions were confusing. I told Alexa when we were checking out AND sent a text code to the phone number included with further check out instructions. The beds were comfortable and clean. Appliances were in good working order. I was initially disappointed because I thought I had booked a condo that faced the west (sunset) side of the building but this unit, 5515, was on the east side of the building. Overall we enjoyed our stay. :)

Beautiful location

Overall I loved our stay. The location was beautiful everything was on site including dining and laundry. It was spacious for my family of six and it had everything we needed. I booked this room for my birthday. My only complaint was there was a hygiene liner from a bathing suit under our comforter questioning if it was cleaned properly and a dirty plate already left in the dishwasher before we loaded our dishes in, but the food did outweigh the bad I would definitely book again especially with this company.
