You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Wonderful Gulf and pool view! Cute condo. Just missing pot holders in the kitchen!? I wouldn't have thought to bring my own. Made it a little tricky cooking. Walls are also pretty thin to the hallways. But otherwise a great stay!

Nice condo with everything you need.

We enjoyed our stay here. The condo offered all of the utensils/pots/pans etc. we needed throughout our stay. The view is beautiful. We went fishing just 10 minutes away down the ocean shore. With the condo being a part of the itrip vacations program we saved money on outside activities which was nice. Overall great place to stay for our vacation.

Already miss it!

We absolutely loved the property and how it isn’t right in the middle of all the gulf shores action, but close enough to venture out if you decide to. This location was perfect for our family! Our kids loved all the pools onsite and being able to spend time on the beach as well. The view from our balcony was spectacular! Hassle free check in/out. Laundromat on site allowing us to get a head start on all our laundry and beach towels so we weren’t stuck with so much when we made it home. The only downfall with this trip was that it wasn’t long enough. We will definitely be back!

The kitchen was well stocked with silverware, dishes, and pots and pans. We really appreciated the keyless entry. The only reason I gave cleanliness of property a 4 star was because the management company didn't always keep the wooden floor in the hallway swept and clean. The owner of the unit had their condo clean. The majority of the restaurants are 13 miles away. However, the view from this unit was great and the sunsets were AMAZING! 't

Great property, very clean!

This is the 3rd unit we've rented at this resort and it's the best we've rented so far! Very clean, property management was responsive when needed, and wonderful location. The kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. Check in was super easy. Location is fantastic and away from all the hustle and bustle. It is about a 20 minute drive to Walmart... We love this but others may not if they want to be closer to stores, etc. Cons are minor: the Internet didn't work upon arrival but was fixed by Monday. A door in the master opens to the hall so could hear some noise as people walked by, but overall it was very quiet. Had to request an additional pillow as one was stained and it was replaced the same day. Overall a 5/5, our family had a great time here!

Great Family Getaway!

Amazing first time at the Gulf Shores! Great location - if you are looking to get away from the daily hustle and bustle of the city- this is it! Our top highlights - secure and gated community, family oriented, multiple pools to choose from, beach access as you step out of the building, the nicest people/community you will ever meet, sunsets are breathtaking, weather was perfect, and we even caught a glimpse of dolphins from the beach! Definitely will be visiting again next year! If I can make one minor suggestion - the carpet in the living room needs to be either cleaned or completely removed (my feet definitely loved the fact that the entire condo was tiled). When renting a condo, keep in mind you are not getting all the supplies to last for your entire stay. Always bring your daily necessities as you would use in your home ex: toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags etc. Otherwise, the condo has all amenities needed for your Gulf Shores getaway :)

Good location, dated property

Here is my honest feedback. The location was great. The condo was clean and has a great view. Check in and check out was convenient. Lots of Pools on this property. Resort Staff were friendly and helpful. The resort property is a little dated with some maintenance issues. For example, broken hot tubs. The amenities were rarely accessible. The gym did not open with key car card as well as indoor pool area. We tried multiple times without success. Broken beach showers. Laundry area had lots of broken machines as well as the soap vending machine. Ice was always out. The most disappointing thing was having to stock standard items like trash bags and toilet paper. All the years of short term rentals, we have never been asked to do that. We also had to go to a coin laundromat downstairs to wash our sheets and towels. Again I have never been asked to do that at any rental , ever. Lastly , I was disappointed on how we were treated when asking questions. At one point I was told that “it’s self explanatory” But in fact it was not. In fact several itrip personnel did not fully understand the parking pass rules. I would be happy to elaborate if you want to improve on your end. In general we had a good time. I just wanted you to have my honest opinion from all the guests. We travel a lot so this is based on lots of experiences.

GREAT BEACH VIEW

Nice place with great beach view. Nice white linens and bedspreads on all the beds. Bathrooms on the smaller side, beds are ok. No bracelets upon check in for resort amenities. Called iTrip folks and they wanted me to run around and get them myself. Never did get them because I told them I wasn't going to run around to try to find them. Parking is $35 a car and a complete hassle. This was also NOT disclosed prior to booking. Long line to get in and out of Kiva Dunes every time you want to leave and come back. Wanted us to take out the trash when we left. Couldn't` tell me if the unit had a washer/dryer or not, but left laundry detergent in the unit. Locked me out of the unit BEFORE the 10am checkout time on the day of my departure. These management companies are out of control. If customers must do all of these things themselves, why are we paying to stay somewhere and pay a cleaning fee and all of these unexplained service fees. What are all of these fees for anyway?? I will tell you to HIDE the total price for the rental. Completely unacceptable and not consumer transparent. I booked through VRBO and iTrip is the management company. They won't let me post the amount I paid in fees but it was way more than I paid for the 3 night stay and does not tell you what they are all for additional charges were: Limited Damage Waiver, Processing Fee, Cleaning Fee, Service Fee, and 3 different Taxes
