This is the West side home. There is also an exact replica of this home on the East side of this property. So, if this home is booked, look for the other home that is just like this one. The title of the other property is "East Plum Brook Home - Minutes from Cedar Point" Both of these homes are all in one building, but are separated by two garages; there are NO COMMON living space walls. Ten minutes, 6.3 miles away from Cedar Point, 5 minutes and 3.2 miles from Sports Force, and 7 minutes and 3 miles from Kalahari Resort.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remember to: -take trash out to the bin on the side of the house, -wash and put away all dishes, and, -place towels in the washer.
There is no need to do anything with the bed linens, but let me know if there were any beds that were not used so we can conserve water and energy by not laundering unused bedding.
Please also lock the front door upon your departure.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
1st and last names of EACH guest staying on property are required, including minors. Guests unwilling to give host all names will not be approved.
Guests must sign a Rental Agreement within 72 hours of booking.
Dogs are $35/night, per dog. VRBO website doesn't have capability to charge guests for more than 1 dog. Additional dog fees will be sent separately.

The house was very nice , clean and neat! The layout of the house served our needs very well and it was very peaceful and quiet. We had a party of four and we were traveling to fish on Lake Erie for the weekend. Location was perfect and we would love to stay again in the future. Clean, cute, and close to attractions.

My family and I stayed here for a weekend trip to Cedar Point/Lake Erie and it was perfect. The house was clean and the layout was open and oriented just right that we didn't feel crowded, even being there were 6 of us and a 1.5 year old. It is close to attractions like Cedar Point, the Lake, etc and it's also close to stores/restaurants, but the location is still quiet. Jenni was very responsive and getting into the property was a breeze. My family and I recommend this property would definitely stay here again :)

This was a birthday getaway weekend for myself with husband and adult children & had plenty of room to accommodate. The kitchen well stocked and plenty room in living room. Also a bonus was pet friendly & big yard our dogs. Would stay again!

Wonderful stay

Super clean home in a beautiful residential area. Quiet, yet close to stores and attractions. The whole rental process along with check-in was simple. The owner was quick to respond although we did not need to contact her during our stay. Air conditioning worked well as did all appliances,including washer and dryer. Water pressure was excellent. There were 6 of us and we had plenty of room and the house was easy to keep clean throughout our stay. Kitchen was well stocked. A nice touch is the many books and pamphlets about the area stocked in the living room. Large flat parking area, well maintained landscaped yard. We have been renting homes for many years so I am trying to cover some of the important aspects people sometimes don’t think of until there’s an issue or expectations aren’t met. The other rental is separated from this one by two garages so there are no shared walls. I believe a couple of people rented next door while we were there but we never ran into them or heard anyone. I stayed in the master bedroom and now realize I never even looked in the 2nd bedroom! There are no dressers in the master just two small side tables. The closet is very large and I had no problem storing the excessive amount of things I brought for two weeks away from home. I would not hesitate to rent this home again and I would recommend it to friends.

Family getaway was made even better

Jennifer was always available to communicate from the time we booked until we checked out. She was very helpful with offering local activities and restaurants. Our family of 6 really enjoyed this cute house. It was very clean , nicely decorated and well stocked with toiletries, home essentials and even a few treats in the kitchen. If we ever visit Cedar Point again, we will definitely rent this house. We were only a 10 minute drive from the theme park!

We were extremely happy with our stay! Jennifer was great at answering any questions I had, and the property was ready on time. The location was perfect for our stay at Cedar point, and there are plenty of restaurants and grocery stores located nearby. The house was clean and had even more amenities than we had expected. 4 adults and 2 children had plenty of space. I’d highly recommend staying here for anyone wanting a comfortable place to stay.

This property was perfect for multiple guests because there is plenty of room, and boasts dozens of 5-STAR ratings on a competing website. Enjoy the HUGE backyard during the summer, including having use of a charcoal BBQ. This property was remodeled, and offers a clean, new setting including NEW wall-to-wall flooring, bathroom vanities, paint, and new furniture throughout.
