Beautifully styled 1 Bedroom suite in South Burlington

Are you looking for a clean, stylish and comfortable private space to stay in Burlington? You have found the perfect spot. Our beautifully remodeled suite is located in the heart of South Burlington. There is a separate entrance to access our stylish 1 bedroom suite suitable for 2 people. You will immediately feel at home in the space with it’s warm inviting color palette and stylish finishings. We are open to both short term and long term stays. Bring your own devices or borrow the fire stick for Netflix and Prime, unlimited wifi and use of laundry facilities.
A welcoming entrance is open to a lovely dining area and a cozy living room with an electric fireplace and large comfortable couch. The private beach-inspired bathroom includes shower, vanity with plenty of storage with towels provided. The kitchen is cozy and includes toaster oven, induction stovetop, and fridge, and has everything you need for simple meal preparation. The bedroom is tucked away at the opposite end of the suite from the living area and includes plush duvet and sheets and plenty of pillows for a restful sleep. In addition, there is plenty of storage in the bedroom within the closet and chest of drawers.
You are welcome to enjoy the spacious backyard which might include sipping your morning coffee or an afternoon beverage in the large covered entertainment area including towels, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, kitchen supplies and change room. In the summer months enjoy our outdoor salt water heated pool until 11pm. surrounded by lovely gardens.
Our property is convenient to many areas in the Greater Toronto Hamilton Area. We are perfectly located 7 minutes from downtown Burlington (Joseph Brant Hospital), 2 minutes from QEW or HWY 407, 15 minutes to downtown Oakville, or downtown Hamilton (Mac Master University/Hospital). Within walking distance from our house are a few local favorites; there is Jacksons Landing, Saving Thyme, local pubs & eateries, grocery stores & drug stores. There are 3 excellent shopping centers within 5 minute drive as well.
If you are vacationing in the area and looking for a home base between Niagara Falls and Toronto this is the perfect spot. Niagara Falls, one of the Seven Wonders of the World is 40 minutes away via QEW West as is Niagara-on-the-Lake (Shaw Festival) and more wineries than you can imagine. Toronto is just 30 minutes east by Go Train or 45 minutes east by car on the QEW East.
The closest Go Train Station is Appleby station providing access to Toronto within 30 minutes with access to Toronto Island, Ripley's Aquarium, Eaton Center, The ROM, Toronto Science Center & Toronto Zoo.
