Historic home in Summerville less than 3 miles from the Augusta National Golf Club. The wonderful American Foursquare style home is less than 1 mile from many of the popular restaurants and bars in the city of Augusta. The house is very spacious and allows guests to spread out and relax in this 2500 square foot home. The home includes a full kitchen that is perfect for guests to cook if they do not want to go out to eat. There is one television in the main den downstairs. On the back porch there is an additional gas fireplace as well as a 58 inch smart Tv. On the front porch guests can relax and enjoy the front porch swing. The home has several fire places for warmth. All major appliances are included in the home.
