The rec room/den area/TV room is outside the 4th bedroom which has two sofas. One of them has a comfortable queen pull out sofa sleeper. There is a full bathroom upstairs. NOTE: there is no A/C in the condo. A/C in Steamboat is rare. The nights are very cool and the humidity is low. There are lots of windows to open and fans.
