I’m very sorry that your stay at Storm Meadows E 41 was disrupted by the extreme heat and that the lack of A/C made the unit uncomfortable for you. We understand how frustrating that must have been, and it’s certainly not the experience we want for our guests. The listing does clearly state that the property does not have A/C. However, we understand that the unusually warm temperatures can make this a significant concern during the summer months. We’ll share your feedback and experience with the homeowner, as the decision to add A/C or other cooling options to the property ultimately rests with the homeowner. We understand how frustrating it can be to navigate multiple key-fob doors and a small elevator, especially without a cart to help with luggage or bikes. While the reservation policies do outline refund terms, we appreciate your perspective and the suggestion regarding unused days. Your input about adding a luggage cart is especially helpful, and we’ve passed this recommendation along to the building management team for consideration, as it would certainly improve convenience for future guests.
