After a full day on the slopes, soak in the shared hot tub and then cozy up to the gas fireplace in the evenings. Four Seasons Steamboat manages this vacation rental home in Steamboat on behalf of the owners. Four Seasons Steamboat is a locally owned and operated property management company. We are here in Steamboat Springs to solve any issue that might arise or answer questions you might have. We follow all local rules and state laws regarding taxes, occupancy and any other nightly rental restrictions.

Each of our vacation rental homes is stocked with what you need to enjoy your Steamboat Springs vacation; towels, linens, bathroom products, trash bags, dish and dishwasher soap, tissues, etc…

You will be required to electronically sign our booking contract to finalize your reservation. Your reservation total includes all applicable state and local taxes, Accidental Property Damage Protection for $1,500 and a cleaning fee

Cancellation Policy:
Non-holiday reservations: Reservations cancelled at least 30 days before arrival day will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 29 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Holiday reservations (the week of Christmas and the week after Christmas): Reservations cancelled at least 45 days before the start of your stay will be refunded 100%. Reservations cancelled 44 or fewer days before arrival date will be refunded whatever amount we can re-book with a new guest. If unable to re-book with a new guest, the entire reservation will be forfeited.

Is there a cancellation fee? You can cancel any reservation for free up to 24 hours after booking. After 24 hours we charge a $50 administrative fee for cancelling a reservation more than 30 days from arrival date (45 for holiday reservations).

We encourage you to buy our Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) insurance to ensure you won't lose any money due to circumstances out of your control.

Wonderful ski in ski out condo!

The unit was in the perfect location. Just a short walk from the convenient ski locker to the snow to ski down to the gondola. It was clean and comfortable. Definitely a bit small, especially with the sofa bed pulled out, but worked well for our family of three. The sofa bed isn’t the most comfortable, but was ok for our teenage daughter, master bed was very comfortable. Well stocked with everything we needed and responded quickly with our one very minor issue. Hot tub was a nice bonus! Would definitely stay here again!

Convenient Location

Property was clean, well appointed and very close to ski lifts. Only recommendation is to consider an upgrade to the TV and instructions on where to find the ski locker for this unit.

Excellent Ski-in Ski-out in Steamboat Spring, CO

I stayed 2 weeks in this one bedroom. I found it clean and ready, fully equipped with all necessity. I could easily get in to and out of the slopes. Parking (not assigned) was available all the time.
