Head to Steamboat for your perfect ski trip or summer get-away.
This remodeled condo at Snowflower includes many upgrades. A beautiful kitchen, bathroom vanities, granite counters and all appliances have been replaced.
A king bed in the primary and queen and twin combo in the second bedroom and sleeper sofa give plenty of sleeping space. It's located just steps from the ski area base, gondolas and ice rink. Snowflower has just 40 condo units and is one of the closest condo complexes to the mountain base area. It's located across the street from a small grocery/coffee/liquor store and restaurants for your convenience. Base area improvements include shops and restaurants, an ice rink and a second gondola. We have added gondola base area private ski storage for 5 including boot driers. This includes 24/7 access and lounge area.
This property has mountain and ski area views, underground parking, elevator, year-round pool and hot tub, grills, community coin-op laundry, ski and boot storage and a location that is hard to beat. Our goal is to provide you with a comfortable home base when vacationing in Steamboat whether it’s winter or summer.

Ski week with daughter

Property is ideally located with easy access to the mountain and services. Private secure parking. Hot tub and pool easy accessible and clean. Condo very clean and well stocked with kitchen appliances. Owner very accessible and gave very clear instructions and guidance to area attractions and restaurants. We will absolutely return and get this condo

Fantastic

Randy was so welcoming. The location was ideal for the family. Condo was well equipped and so close to Steamboat base. Fantastic location. Bus stop was so close. Family loved the electric fireplace and sufficient hot water after being out all day. Kitchen and bathroom had all we needed. This place was great for our family Spring Break Ski/Board vacation. Beautiful Condo

Perfect condo for steamboat skiing. The view is fantastic. The condo is beautiful and has everything you need for a fantastic ski trip. The condo is exactly as pictured & advertised. Within walking distance to restaurants. Parking garage is also a plus.

Great Location

Property is as advertised. Randy was very helpful. Location is perfect for the mountain area and nice views of mountain. Unit is well equipped with all necessary items including folding chairs. Will definitely visit in the future.

Great Steamboat location

The property has been totally modernized. Well furnished living area, kitchen, bedrooms and bath. Easy access to skiing, very close to ski hill, transportation to town, shopping, restaurants and more. Can't beat the view of the mountain and a stones throw away to the gondola. Thx Randy

Great place to stay!

We were in Steamboat Springs for a summer bike race. The condo was just a few miles from downtown. The resort had most everything open but was not overly busy this time of year. 3rd floor condo easily accessible via garage elevator or stairs. Supplied with everything we needed for an easy stay! Thanks!

My family (wife, 3 kids) and I thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Snowflower 306. We have stayed at Snowflower a few years ago and I can say with confidence the renovations and upgrades make it a much nicer place to stay. The owners were extremely attentive and always quick to answer questions and provide suggestions. This was the most well-stocked lproperties we have stayed in. The location is just a couple hundred yards to stepping onto the gondola. Everything was super clean and ready to go upon our arrival. The view from the small porch offers a pretty good view of the mtn. A great place to stay on the mtn in Steamboat!

All The Right Stuff

The condo is nicely situated near the ski base, with ski storage at base in a locker which is a plus. There are restaurants and a small market within easy walking distance. The unit has a terrific view to the lights and slopes outside. Well, the mountains of not the slopes exactly….which I prefer. There is also a hot tub and coin laundry downstairs…remember to bring quarters. The host was affable, responsive, and couldn’t have made things easier for us, recommending many helpful services. Am already planning our next stay there.

Reasons why you want to book this condo

1) Responsiveness of owner (not working through a Property Mgmt Co.) 2) Location 3) Comfort of bedding and linens 4) Kitchen well stocked 5) Spices, oils, condiments and basic cooking needs all there 6) Views of the mountain 7) Comfortable couches and recliner 8) Full cable and internet options 9) Cozy gas fireplace 10) nice touches like full first aid kit, duct tape, basic tools 11) OWNER RESPONSIVENESS 12) LOCATION I cannot say enough on renting direct from an owner vs a Property Management Company. You will NOT get a canned response when asking a question and you will have direct access to Randy, the owner, who within seconds will respond to your question or need. Short walk to the Gondola and we were there to ski. Short walk to bus line. And Wild Plum grocery and liquid was a stone throw away. Very happy we decided to rent this condo.

Great place, location, and property manager.

This was a great place. It was clean and nicely decorated. Another nice feature was a bench outside the front door to remove your snow-covered shoes. This helped with keeping the floors dry and clean. It is really close to the lifts. It came with a locker. This was the first time we had a locker in Steamboat. It is so nice not to have to wear your ski boats from the condo to the lifts. Then, when you take a break, you can take off the ski boots and put your other boots on to go eat. If we go back next year, I will try to rent this one again.

Fantastic condo

We spent a week skiing at Steamboat and loved our stay at this condo. Super cozy and had everything we needed as a family of 4. The Steamboat ski locker was a real game changer for us - esp with little kiddos. Thanks, Randy, for all the great communication! We hope to be back!

Great summer booking

The condo was fantastic. - super convenient to the mountain. Perfect for our family of four! We were there during a heat wave but the condo cooled down at night. Randy was an excellent host who gave us great ideas for our stay. We’ll be back!

Great condo, location and owner

This is a great condo in a fantastic location. Steamboat continues to evolve, particularly at the mountain base. This condo is right at the base, so it is close to the gondola and the base shops and restaurants which keep being added. I am OK with taking shuttles and so on to the downtown, but frankly it is kind of nice to be able to walk over to grab a drink or dinner, and then walk back. Or ski to the base, grab a beer, and then walk back to the unit. We had skis and boards tuned at the base, they were right there. We did a little shopping.....also right there. On vacation I like less hassle, so this was great. The condo itself is updated and clean. We are a family of four, with our 2 kids now in their twenties. The condo worked great for us. Great kitchen, nicely appointed, and the open space (kitchen/living room) worked great for us to hang out. Both bedrooms and bathrooms were nice as well. Easy garage parking under the building (we drove in) with easy elevator access up to the condo. The owner is great. He checked in on us before we arrived and during our stay just to make sure all was good, which it was. Our family has stayed in Steamboat many times in the last 20 years, at a variety of different condos and different locations, maybe 15 different places. This unit now shares the top spot. I expect we will be back!
