Great place to stay. Comfy beds and plenty of room to hang out. The property is close to a lot of shops, dining, drinks, walk along the river, and plenty of more. We would stay there again if going to Steamboat.

We liked this condo — the location, fireplace, spaciousness, and view of the river. The host was communicative and helpful. The beds weren't all that comfortable; they had a canoe shape in them from use and could be updated. We will stay here again.

Had such an excellent time staying here. The unit was impeccably clean, comfortable, and close to great places to eat. The kitchen was very well appointed and the bed in the main bedroom was really comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both a breeze and the location can't be beat. Would love to stay here again.

Downtown Steamboat Rental

We had a wonderful stay at this downtown Steamboat rental. The unit was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. Communication throughout the entire process was clear and easy. One of our favorite parts was the beautiful setting along the Yampa River — we loved leaving the windows open at night and falling asleep to the sound of the river. The location was perfect for enjoying downtown Steamboat. We would definitely stay here again!

Great Stay in Downtown Steamboat!

We had a great stay at this property. The location on the river is lovely and we enjoyed being able to walk to fun shops and restaurants. The unit was spacious, clean, and well stocked. The garage space was an added bonus. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Nicely appointed condo and great location!

Walking distance to all downtown steamboat springs restaurants and shops. Short easy drive to skiing. I would rent this place again.

Fantastic Accommodation

We stayed at Waterside Village C for four nights and could not fault the quality of the accommodation or the cleanliness. The location is excellent and we had everything we needed for a wonderful stay in Steamboat. Highly recommended!

All in all, a a great place, conveniently located in town, near lots of restaurants and shops. Comfortable rooms. Well equipped kitchen.Only quibble was with the sink in the main bedroom bath (one on left), needs to be tightened from underneath with a wrench. That really should have been noticed by cleaning staff as it was so loose the whole thing just rocked back and forth and twisted. Also, the lock on the door to the deck was very hard to get locked. Had to play with it multiple times to make it finally catch.

Perfect home-base for our trip!

My wife and I just enjoyed a wonderful five days at this condo and couldn't be happier with it. It's one of the most well-appointed properties we've stayed at, everything was in great condition, and the location was the perfect balance of being close to all that downtown has to offer (the river, restaurants, bike path, parks, etc.) but still removed enough to be peaceful and relaxing. We are already looking forward to our next chance to stay here!
