This 2BR/2BA Ski-in/Ski-out to the "Right of Way Trail" condo is on the top floor, featuring vaulted ceilings. Enjoy the amazing views of the ski mountain from every room or from your private balcony.

The condo has been recently updated with lodge décor, fresh linens and is fully stocked with anything you might need. There is a wood-burning fireplace that brings the perfect warmth and ambience to this charming condo. Perfect for families, friends, and couples.


ABOUT THE CONDO

With this rental you have access to several amenities, including a fitness room, hot tub , and an outdoor heated pool . Also, the condo comes with your own ski locker that makes ski-in/ski-out feature so convenient.

The kitchen is open to the living room and features stainless-steel appliances and comes fully stocked with everything you will need (including Keurig coffee machine and Mr. Coffee maker, there is also a milk frother). There are three barstools and large dining room table that comfortably sits 6 people. The entertainment center is stocked with lots of family friendly games. There is also a nice stereo system with surround sound speakers.

The open living room boasts incredible views of the ski mountain. Relax on the soft leather sofa and club chair. Enjoy the warmth of the wood-burning fireplace and watch a movie on the 50” flat-screen TV.

There are two spacious rooms. The master features a king size bed, built in closet, and a 32” flat-screen TV. The master also has an ensuite bathroom with a newly remodeled walk in shower.

The second bedroom comfortably sleeps 4 with a twin/twin bunk bed, full bed, and a 32" smart TV. The adjacent full bath has a large vanity and a tub/shower combination.

THE LOCATION

This condo is ski-in/ski out, so you can cruise right down to the base area of the gondola and Steamboat Springs Ski Resort. The green ski run that is located out the back door of the condo complex is called Right-o-Way.

Other winter activities include dog sledding, ice fishing, and snowshoeing.

When the weather is warm, you can rent kayaks, tubes, and stand-up paddle boards and then head over to the Yampa River or the areas local lakes. Rent bikes and explore many of the areas amazing bike trails or the beautiful Yampa River Core Trail. There are countless hiking trails right out your back door and the surrounding areas. Steamboat Springs has it all!

Amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi and a clubhouse with changing room and gym. The condo also comes with your own ski locker in the same building just a 30 second walk away from the slopes. Parking for one vehicle is available in the lot.

This was our second stay in this condo. Amenities, location, and attentive host make it a perfect choice. When our travel plans changed due to weather, the host quickly communicated that a day early arrival was an option and helped modify our reservation. While on-site everything we needed was available including firewood, nearby sauna and hot tub and great view of the slopes!

Great Access to Slopes, Great View, Well Done

Very cozy cabin feel, no maintenance issues, lots of extras such as board games and little items you might need while on your stay. The hosts did a fantastic job of presenting all the information you need for your stay in a binder. The access to Steamboat slopes is perfect, and there is laundry on the property. We would rent this place again.

We loved our stay at Kelli's place. The condo is very comfortable and has an amazing view of the mountain. Just FYI, you cannot walk to restaurants or shops from the condo. We knew that ahead of time and it was fine for us. The ski in/out is SO convenient too! This is one of the best rentals I've had.

Great condo for our family of 5. The condo itself was super comfy (the master bed was great!), clean, and well stocked. The view of the mountain was wonderful. We also loved having access to the elevator, ski locker, and pool/hot tub/sauna. Highly recommend!

This is the place !

The moment we stepped into Kelli’s condo we fell in love with it. It felt like we were at home. We found everything we needed for our 5 day stay. Skiing in and out was excellent. Grocery store nearby ( City Market) was very well supplied .if you like sushi - they have good variety.I would recommend Brick for pizza and Apres Burgers bistro ( they have some healthy choices )

We reside in San Diego right now, but grew up in Steamboat. We still have family and friends in the area and love visiting as often as we can. Now that our kids are a little older and have friends they like to take on vacation with us, we thought it was time that we got a place of our own. It is so easy having our kids go out skiing without having to drive anywhere. The heated outdoor pool is great after skiing and the gym is really nice to have for days we do not ski.

The views are breathtaking and the ski-in/ski-out accessibility is the best! The ski locker downstairs is also really convenient.
