THIS UNIT IS RENTED DIRECTLY BY THE OWNER. WE HAVE DISCOUNTED LIFT TICKETS AVAILABLE ON FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS. With our personal attention to each guest, you will be confident in the fact you rented directly from the owner! We love the Terraces so much we purchased another unit in the North Tower of the Terraces. So travel with family and friends and they can stay in our other unit. This is a Deluxe 2 bedroom/ 2 Bath Unit. Our unit is located at the base of Steamboat's Mount Werner. Less than 200 yds to the slope. You can look directly at Steamboat mountain from our spacious balcony, along with a great lower valley view. There is a view out of every window in this unit. THIS CONDO IS A GREAT VALUE. The Terraces at Eagle Ridge provides the finest amenities, including shuttle service to and from the slopes. You can relax in our heated outdoor pool or hot tub, or wander the Burgess Creek walking path to one of the many restaurants and stores. There is a grocery store just a few short steps from the condo. For the convenience of our guest

This luxurious two-bedroom, two-bath condominium is located on the second floor which can be reached by stairs or elevator. For your convenience we have a washer and dryer in our unit. This unit is stocked with everything you could need to feel cog right at home. One of the great amenities is the assigned parking space in our underground heated parking garage. Our unit provides a large flat screen television in the family room and a flat screen television in each bedroom. We provide family videos for your entertainment. There is a DVD player for each television. For your musical enjoyment we have a stereo. This unit has been professionally decorated to keep your comfort in mind. Granite counter tops carpet and tile floors, stainless steel appliances. This is a NON SMOKING UNIT. This unit is stocked with basic necessities to make your stay more enjoyable, i.e. shampoo, cream rinse, soap, paper towels, hair dryers. THERE ARE NO PETS ALLOWED IN THIS UNIT. If you lke groceries delivered for your stay, just let us knows.

The master bedroom has a King-size Bed . with a window looking at the beautiful valley of Steamboat and its Mountains. The second bedroom has a bunk bed which is a twin and a full. Great views from this bedroom also. We have a Queen Sleeper sofa in the living room. Free High-speed internet provided.

STEAMBOAT PRIME SPOT

The condo was clean and cutely decorated. It is a short walk to the ski resort. I felt comfortable in the unit and I would stay here again.

amazing ski trip

The condo is in the perfect location to enjoy the resort and mountain with a locker right on site for your gear. The owners were fabulous and so very helpful as we had LOTS of questions before arriving! Highly recommend..... we hope to be back to this area again!

Great place

Clean, convenient, and well-kept unit. Outdoor heated pool and hot tub were used daily after skiing. Easy walk to the ski area and the ski locker at the base with it's own indoor changing area and bathroom was a huge help. Would rent again!

Winter Wonderland

We had a great trip to Steamboat. It snowed 3 out of 5 days! Great access to the mountain and the owners locker is super convenient. Linda was a gracious host. We will stay here again!

Excellent Location!

This unit is in a great location and has wonderful views! It is equipped with everything you need to be comfortable- loved having humidifiers in every room! Quick walk to Wild Plum market as well as to the ski area. Linda was quick to respond with all my queries! Would highly recommend this condo :D

Perfect Mountain Vacation

We had a wonderful time in Steamboat. The apartment has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Checking in and out was easy. The walk to the gondola is short and having the private locker at the gondola base was really convenient. Everybody enjoyed the hot tub and pool after skiing and a nice hot shower: even with 5 adults, the hot water never ran out. We really hope to be back soon!

The Perfect Location

The unit is perfectly located only a five minute walk to the gondola. Stayed here with my wife and two kids. It has plenty of space and the kitchen is well appointed. It looks even better in person than the pictures. Linda is a great host and the most communicative host on VRBO I’ve ever had. You have the option to store skis in a locker for a daily at the mountain, which is well worth it. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Perfect Location

Had a wonderful stay in Steamboat. The condo was clean and had all necessary amenities. The location couldn't have been better, made getting everywhere (downtown, ski hill, grocery store) very easy. We didn't have a car and didn't need one. It was important to me to have a balcony with a good view and it did not disappoint. Linda was very responsive to any questions or requests we had. Would definitely stay here again.

Best place we’ve stayed!!

Everything you needed was included in the unit. The first place we’ve stayed where we didn’t have to buy too much after flying in like toilet paper and laundry detergent. It was so nice. The kitchen is very equipped. The location was absolutely perfect and we loved the pool and hot tub! We can’t wait to come back. Only thing I can recommend is to replace the bottom bunk mattress. It felt like sleeping on a rock. Other than that, it was perfect!!

Cozy home base for first time in Steamboat!

This was our whole party’s first time in Steamboat and we all multiple times commented how much we liked this property. It was incredibly well-stocked with everything we could possibly need for cooking, cleaning, laundry, showers, bedding, and going to the hot tub. We decided to rent a car upon arriving at the airport and having an included parking spot with the condo was great. The owner was also very accommodating and responsive. She offered for us to use their ski locker for a very reasonable daily fee and it was conveniently located right at the resort base. Everything in Steamboat was extremely convenient including this condo which was about a 3-4 min walk to drop pour toddler off at ski school and then a 1,min walk to Wild Blue gondola which took us to the top of the mountain. It was also about a 15 min drive to Steamboat Sorings where we went for some fancy dinners. We loved Steamboat and will definitely be coming back, and will definitely check with the availability of this condo!

Great location, comfortable, and well-appointed

This was the perfect place for us to stay with our teens. One son liked to get to the mountain for first tracks and walked to the lifts each day. We timed our walk at 6 minutes and it was easy. Most of the time, my husband and I took the shuttle, which meets right outside the lobby of the building. The opportunity to use the ski locker located right in the village close to the shuttle was a huge convenience. We also took advantage of taking the free bus to and from town. Along the bus line, it was easy to get to grocery stores, Walgreens, and even urgent care. You really don't need to rent a car. But if you do, there is a space in the garage available. The unit itself was well-appointed with anything you could need. The beds and furniture were comfortable. Wild Plum is a great little store nearby and we enjoyed eating there twice. It was a little pricey but a great place to pick up a few odds and ends. Most importantly, the owners were incredibly responsive and answered any questions we had during our stay. They suggested a grocery delivery service that we took advantage of. We have stayed in a lot of resorts in various accommodations and this was one of our favorites. My sons want to come back again next year.

Spring break steamboat ski vacation

The description of the property was perfect. It was perfect for myself, wife, 17 year old son and 11 year old daughter. The parking garage was very convenient and enough room for my pickup truck. The building was very conveniently located. Great store and restaurant only 3 minute walk. The building was only a 5 minute walk to lift and gondolas. I recommend renting their slopside ski locker to store skis and poles in. We had a wonderful time there!
