Plus a small dining table, ample seating, private washer & dryer and new TV make this a spectacular condo.

The amenities of this building & condo can't be beat! Park in the heated parking garage and take the elevators right up to your condo. Don't worry about lugging your ski gear back and forth to the ski area because there's a private ski locker for you at the base of the Steamboat Resort. Finally, the private entrance to the building is right off Yampa Street, one of Steamboat's most desirable locations.

Sleeping Arrangements: King Bed in the Primary Suite and Queen Sleeper Sofa. Sleeps up to four guests.

Parking: There is room for one car in the labeled spot #42 in the heated underground garage, this spot may be too small for some larger vehicles. No trailer parking permitted.
