If you want to stay in, the fully equipped kitchen provides everything you need to whip up dinner and there's a gas grill on the patio right off the living room. Plus a small dining table, ample seating, private washer & dryer and new TV make this a spectacular condo.

The amenities of this building & condo can't be beat! Park in the heated parking garage and take the elevators right up to your condo. Don't worry about lugging your ski gear back and forth to the ski area because there's a private ski locker for you at the base of the Steamboat Resort. Finally, the private entrance to the building is right off Yampa Street, one of Steamboat's most desirable locations.

Sleeping Arrangements: King Bed in the Primary Suite and Queen Sleeper Sofa. Sleeps up to four guests.

Parking: There is room for one car in the labeled spot #42 in the heated underground garage. No trailer parking permitted.

Cozy
Had a lovely stay at the Howelsen A302 property. Just the right amount of space for 1-4 folks and all the items you could want/need. The garage is in a different building than the property but the directions were helpful in getting me to the right spot. Super clean and wonderful sheets and towels. Easy to walk anywhere in downtown Steamboat. Many thanks for hosting me!

Sweet Spot!
Location x 3! Downtown. Parking in the boat can be difficult, this unit includes an underground garage. Clean. Everything you need. Steamboat Lodging makes checking in easy. Hubby and I hope to stay there again!

Great location
Excellent location. A lot codes and instructions to get in, but once you figure it out it’s a great place. We liked being able to walk to restaurants, shopping, etc so we didn’t have to use our car. 4 stars because it definitely felt like it needed a good scrubbing and a few repairs. I’m sure that’s due to busy summer rental season. Great communication from the rental management- Steamboat Lodging- and will definitely rent from them in the future.
