There's also a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room for overflow guests and a powder room for everyone to enjoy. From the colorful living room, you can walk out onto an open patio area with a fire pit, plenty of comfortable seating and gorgeous views of the Yampa Valley. It's the perfect place to enjoy a cocktail, prepare your favorite meal on the outdoor grill and take-in the spectacular sunset views. Howelsen Hill is in walking distance and the perfect place to enjoy everything downtown Steamboat has to offer.
