Located in the heart of downtown Steamboat Springs, this modern condo located in the prestigious Victoria building is steps away from the Yampa river, the free shuttle bus, many restaurants and shops.

The living room has a beautiful gas fireplace and a large TV. It opens to a huge private deck with a firepit and heated tile to melt away the snow.

The sleeper sofa in the living area allows for extra sleeping capacity, with sheets and pillows stored in the master closet.

The kitchen has beautiful mahogany cabinets and is fully stocked with a refrigerator, microwave, stove, stove top; including dishware, silverware, pots/pans and utensils. Perfect for skiers, and hikers who want to be in the heart of town. There is a heated garage and a storage area for ski equipment.
 
The bedroom has a King-size bed, a TV, its own private fireplace, closet, and an ensuite bathroom with heated floors, large tub, and a stand-alone steam shower.

Great location, lovely apartment

The location is outstanding, and the apartment was super clean and comfortable. I’ll echo the comments on the soaker tub regarding the hot water and the need for a dresser or other storage but is only a slight inconvenience. Would definitely recommend

Great Space and Location

This was a great space to stay in. It was very clean/spacious and lived up to the pictures and description. We really loved the location within walking distance of all sorts of restaurants and shops as well as within walking distance to a shuttle stop to take us to the Steamboat skiing resort. Just a note for the owner, the hot water heater made some very loud, clunky noises from time to time that caught us off guard that someone might want to look into.

Comfortable indeed!

We came to Steamboat for both work & pleasure. This place has great views,comfy king bed,very comfortable & inviting.The only downside to the condo is the hot water heater. It takes over an hour to fill the large awesome soaking tub with hot water.It really should be upgraded.

So, even with a higher-end property such as this, VRBO insists on extorting free advertising copy from customers. It would be nice to be able to separate the owner/operator of such properties from this practice by the agency.

A Great Break Away

This was our first time visiting Steamboat. The location is one street away from many of the restaurants with great outdoor seating overseeing the river. It was great to be able to park the car in the underground parking and only needed to move it once to go golfing at Haymaker. The property has beautiful sunset views, the outdoor firetable was great for the cooler evenings and it is very quiet starting about 8p.m. at night. If we go back to Steamboat, we would definitely consider staying here again.

Great location!

The condo is in a perfect location and is walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants and shops! There’s a park district ski slope behind the building (Howelsen Hill) that is great for a beginner skier and is significantly cheaper then the Steamboat Ski resort. They even have a few black diamond slopes and they are open late! I highly recommend staying at this condo, it’s large enough for a family of 4 and it’s clean. The property owners are very quick to respond in the event you have questions or need help. We loved our time in Steamboat and we can’t wait to return next season!

Excellent property and location

We had a lovely stay at this beautiful property. Everything was clean and just as described. The property management team was great about providing information before, during, and after our stay. The only negative was there wasn’t hot water to fill the beautiful bathtub. I followed the instructions to fill half way and wait for the hot water to regenerate, but it didn’t work. If you don’t want a bath, then no worries!

The Victoria 4 Experience

We traveled to Steamboat in late January and had a last minute cancellation and scrambled to find a place. We happened upon this rental and made last minute plans to stay at The Victoria. The unit far exceeded expectations; high build quality, spacious, and a lovely outdoor patio with a fire pit and Mountain Views. The parking was below the building and temperature controlled. Location was walking distance to restaurants and shops. I’ll definitely be booking this unit again when I’m steamboat!!

Horrible sewage smell, bad linens, unclean shower bottom

There is a terrible sewage smell coming from somewhere in the powder room or laundry closet. The linens were so pilled it felt like sleeping in a dirty bed with crumbs. The shower had mold in the corners and in the bottom and many many bugs coming up out of the drain. The location and aesthetic of the place were wonderful, we enjoyed the patio and proximity of activities.

Very comfortable. We loved the space. The only thing I would recommend is to provide washcloths along with the Bath towels. A small thing that I missed having. Also the information about the key pad was a bit confusing but was quickly solved the property management person at Skyrun.

Great location and property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Steamboat. Condo was very comfortable and worked out perfectly for our trip. The key lock box was a bit of a pain (located in the stairwell) and we had a bit of trouble opening and closing the lock box. Noticed other units with keypads on the doors, which would be a better option. Great outdoor space...would recommend the property to others. Thanks.
